Another person to pray for! X3
I have another gaia friend who needs help. She says she's doing fine, but we can never have enough prayers for people!
Anyhow, her name is Chocograph and she lives near where Hurricane Katrina hit last year. Her area is still trying to recover. She haven't been to school for a few months, trying to salvage what she can from the left-overs. She's glad that her area wasn't hit as bad as other places though.
Please pray for her well being and keep her spirits up. God has given her a hard test and she passed it. I felt so blessed to know her experience. Please pray for the recovery of her home and her people, as they are still undergoing a reformation.
O, and yes, please feel free to pm other people mentioned before in this thread.
and um...I saw another post by 4200LittleBunny2 that was flaming towards God >>|| feel free to talk to her in a soothing way that I can't give ^^||

well... i'm sorry about 4200LittleBunny2 and i will pray for the other girl and also continue to pray for 4200LittleBunny2 seeing as she needs it... neutral

New prayer for today ^-^|| seems like I'm always posting prayers here
Please pray for a friend I'll call "Elizabeth" for now. She just found out that her grampa has colon cancer. It's good that they found it fast and is treating him now. Please pray for strength in their family and pray for understanding for whatever that happens.

After reading some of the things in this thread I was reminded of my own family. Just this past summer on September 1, six days before my sixteenth birthday my Great Uncle Fred died, he was like a second grandfather to me, my brother and my sister. When it first happened I was very, very sad, but then I remembered part of a sermon I had once heard. Now look carfully at this. EVERYTHING, I REPETE, EVERYTHING WHEATHER WE THINK IT GOOD OR BAD THAT HAPPENS IN OUR LIVES, SAVED OR NOT, IS DESIGNED TO BRING US CLOSER TO CHRIST!! This fact brought me to the relization that no mater what happens to me if I just alow a sittuation to bring me closer to God, then I wont have to worry about it, and I wont care as much because I will be with him. This is not to say that I will forget it completely, but I will be at peace with it. These thoughts have been the single most comforting thing to me in resent months, than any other.
Not only did I come to peace with that death, but two others, the first one an unsaved uncle on my dad's side that died of aids after haveing gay relations, and the second a very dear great uncle inlaw on my mothers side, he was a catholic who by what I saw of him was saved died of colon cancer just a year before uncle Fred. I am glad that my God gives me comort in these times and I pray for all those mentioned here that they would seek out that self same comfort that God might bless them with it.
