Well I was thinking we should have a storyline that involves a war between the divisions, after the Squads gain more members of course and everything seems stable... And maybe a tournament between the Taichos and Fuka taichos to see who gets bragging rights as top shinigami, and we could do the same for Vizards and Espada/Arrancars
