Inna chuckled, "I try not to either, however, sometimes it can't be helped." Her tail flickered softly as she nodded to herself.
"One of which is disrupting a pack. Neither are something I enjoy doing." Apparently she'd at least run into at least one while hunting. "The packs get so territorial when you're not one of them. Not to mention they can be real bears when they want to be."
She shook her head it was a shame really. "Mmm... well then, where do you rest your bones at night, my dear sir?" she gave a soft yawn, and a slight embarrassed chuckle, "A decent meal occasionally leaves me wanting a nap."

"True." said Balto with a nod. "Yes, theyd o. Packs of all sorts tend to feel threatened when you get too close to their territory." he said standing as he looked at the treetops. Seemed like it was getting dark...
"Come, I have a temporary place I am staying. You can join me if you like." he said as he grabbed the throat of the carcass and began to drag it to the cave he was staying it. It was more of an underground cave, but it was spacious.
When he got there, he drug the deer into the cave, pulling it off to the side before licking his lips and coming back to the entrance. "Welcome to home sweet home my dear." he said as he smiled at her and walked into the cave, curling up in a mess of furs, salvaged from old kills.

Inna nodded and followed behind making sure nothing decided that it wanted a nibble of the kill. Her tail wagged as they walked. "Packs are kinda silly in some forms, useful in others. It's a shame really."
She paused outside the den as he pulled in the carcass, sitting down and waiting to actually be invited in which came soon enough.
When he piled into a pile of furs she looked interested in them. "Did you kill all these?" She asked settling down in front of them unsure if she wanted to join him in the mass or do as she normally did and just sleep on the ground. However, if she'd been one to go after larger prey she would probably have kept the furs as well.
She pondered, "They look warm." She added after a second, laying near them nosing at one in particular one that caught her eye, trying to figure out what kind of prey it might've been.

"Ah, yes I killed them. I keep these because they come in handy during the winter months. Its a pain to drag them to new dens, but worth it when the cold comes around. And every so often I ditch them for new ones as they start to get worn out." he said as she stretched a bit, then looked at her as she sat there. What a polite female she was. "You can join me so long as you wish. I don't mind." he said to her. He wouldn't mess with her at night, he wasn't like that. He thought she was cute, but it was up to her if she wanted them to be more then just temporary companions.
Resting his head on his paws, Balto lay there for a bit before he finally closed his eyes, drifting off to sleep.

Inna smiled, "Impressive." She took the one fur she'd been nosing, luckily it wasn't under Balto, and attempted to move it to her back.
"This one's pretty." She said softly as there was a stark contrast between her reddish and white fur and the darker pelt. She then moved from where she'd been and made her way into the pile of fur giving a soft coo at how soft of a bed it provided.
She also rested her head among her paws and closed her eyes for some much needed rest. Her tail flickered contently, it'd been a good day, at least as far as meeting as new companion, even if it was perhaps temporary.
