Wings: Harmonius has two sets of angelic wings, both connected to each other at the base. (Ref 4) The wings can be the same as the ones angelics already have and can range to whatever size you want.

Harmonius is Rec's mother. Therefore if somehow some of Rec's markings can also appear on Harmonius to show the connection that would be awesome, but it's not required. ;D

Eyebrows and Expression: Obviously vulcan's have very slanted eyebrows making them look even more serious then they are originally. Spock needs his thick slanted eyebrows and of course a very serious expression. (Ref 1, 2, 3)

Tricorder: Like in Ref 4 I'd love if he had a tricorder around his front paws.
