I have quite a few I really like. Mistress Nine, Ann, Al, Siren, Fisheye, Zoisite, Fiore, Souichi Tomoe, Eudial and of course Cere Cere.

Zoisite, I have to say I have never seen a better PGSM Zoi avi….ever. O-O Please tell me you’re planning to enter the arena. I can almost hear the music. wink
And as for my favorite villains I would have to say in no particular order, Eudial, Saphir (of course..the reason for this account ^^), PGSM Zoisite, Anime Jadeite, and Dimande.
EDIT: Shame on me...How could I forget Darkury from PGSM as well. biggrin
