This is Zelda as Link- I made her to help me imagine a dream game for the LoZ series in which LINK is kidnapped and Zelda dresses up as him. The idea was like the Wand of Gamelon, but the actual game would be something like Ocarina of Time or maybe Twilight Princess. (There was another version of her wearing the tiara and the green cap, but I scrapped it.)
