Nice let out a scream mingled with giggles and glees. She grinned hard as she could hitting the water. She quickly came swimming abck to the top. The river current sometimes pushed Nici in a little circle like being run into a shallow whirlwind. She'd giggle and let the water carry her.
"Oh. Well, I guess that makes sense. It's still sad though. I have an idea on how to change that. If we are friends forever, no matter what happens in our lives. Then, you don't have to be alone. You can always be having fun with me.. Unless you wanna bring someone.. or find someone new to have fun with."
Then, she remembered something important. "Well, unless you have a home? I don't have one. I just go where I want.. Sleep where i want.. Eat where i want.. swim where I want.... when it seems like i should.."

Sachi looks at NiCi. "I don't have a home. And I would be honored to become your friend. I think that is a wonderful idea. Friends forever. Everyone needs a friend forever." He smiles as he swims next to her. He looks up a bit and then over at her.
"If you over need a helping hand. I will be happy to help you with anything."
He will keep his words no matter what happens. He promises to always be her friend and help her with everything and anything she will ever need help with.

Nici smiled at Sachi. She was glad that if she had to meet a lion who was bigger than her; she was glad it was him. She couldn't remember ever meeting one who was so gentle and friendly as he. She floated along on the river current as she fantasized about the type of random journeys they would have. She daydreamed about them tag teaming to hunt down dinner at night. She warmed over the idea of them snuggling for warmth on chilly nights.
Her eyes rolled over to look at him keeping up behind her. A big soggy lion was a funny sight to see. She giggled then swam to the nearest shore. "Ok then. We should see about finding some worms. Maybe we can fish us up a snack out of this here river."

Sachi looks at NiCi with a smile as he goes onto the shore as he walks to a muddy puddle as he starts to digs in the puddle as worms start to come to the top. "I go fishing here a lot so I know where the worms can be found." He pointed out.
He takes a stick in his mouth and stabs the worm and then puts it in the water while the worm still is moving and the end is in his mouth. A fish bites as he stabs downwards getting the fish bringing it out of the water laying it down.
"How many would you like?" he smiles
