She's pretty. I think she's young and has always had the money. She gets bored. She's what I would consider a 'wild child'. I don't think she's a 'skank' though her actions would tell you that she is. You can tell she's a good person. That video with the kid and the captions that basically say, "Follow your dreams because no dream is too big." THAT'S the message of a good person inside. I'm not too concerned with how people act on the outside because really, we have no idea what their life was/is like. Money doesn't always make everything better.

AmanraEmeraldoak No people hate her because she is a such a skank! Her sister Nicky Hilton... I like her, she's not all sleeping with anything on two legs that's male, she is actually doing something with herself and is not all "look at me and my daddy's money" like Paris is.
As far as I'm concerned Paris can go and fall of the face of the earth for all I care. I agree!
