oh well ^.^ his summoner is dead anyways, And I don't feel like turning him over to Kenji.

But atleast I didn't make him way too overpowered by putting in his Avatar form's abilities, or his degenerated form, and then heis regenerated form xD That would have been like twoenty plus techniques. xD

Description:

Hyourinmaru is capable of many things. He is capable of so many amazing things, there are stages to how he can be summoned.

Abilities for all stages are as follows:

Ice Weapon Creation
N/a rank
This ability allows Hyourinmaru to create Ice weapons out of the moisture in the air, out of water around him, or even out of his own body. Hoever the ice used from his own body must be replaced.

Air Chill
N/a Rank
This ability makes it so that the immediate area, about 20 Kilometers around Hyourinmaru goes down to 0 degrees celcius, so that water begins to freeze, and anyone aside from those used to cold weather are made uncomfortable. { Note: No one besides Yukigakure ninja and Hyouton users should be able to withstand this cold weather without atleast taking notice of he temperature change. Suna ninja would be especially effected. }

First stage:
Normal dragon form

In this stage Hyourinmaru has very few abilities. He can freeze an entire area { Fifty meters in radius } And launch several ice bombs which explode and launch ice senbon all over the area. Also he can repair any damage to his body by touching the ice which he creates. Normally he will fire an Ice bomb at his own body. At this Stage Hyourinmaru can only stay active for ten posts of the user. Even if he does not act.

His abilities are as follows.

Ice Bomb
Chuunin Rank
This attack can only be used once per turn, and requires all of his turn. He launches three bombs of ice, and when they hit the ground, or an object they freeze that area, and launches 324 ice Senbon, One every hundred degerees. This seems like a lot, but it is extremely easy to dodge. This attack can be used to heal his body, however he can only launch one to heal himself.

Glacier Creation
Chuunin Rank
This attack is used when Hyourinmaru divebombs an opponent and freezes the immediate area for Fifty Meters. this ability is fairly easy to dodge, you only have to be out of Hyourinmaru's way, and five feet off the ground, otherwise the effects of the freezing ground could still reach your leg. The ice that latches onto someone off the ground is easy to break with Genin strength.

Second stage:
Symbiosis starts, allowing for partial fusion.

At this stage Instead of being made of two dragons, Hyourinmaru Creates himself out of Chakra and attaches himself to His summoner, in the form of two wings and a tail made purely out of ice. In this stage he freezesthe ground that directly touches him, and his freezing power can be projected on a sword thrust or swing, covering the ground in a wave like fashion. so that anyone foolish enough to cross blades with him has a high chance of getting frozen unless they were the ones attacking and he blocked. This Stage is only attainable from Hyourinmaru after the user achieves Jounin rank, has used Hyourinmaru for five years, and has meditated in solid ice, and used their own abilities to free themselves.

His abilities at this stage are as follows:

Frozen Wave
Jounin Rank
This ability allows Hyourinmaru to fly along the blade of a sword, or atleast a smaller version of himself. This results in a wave of Ice forming, reaching roughly one foot off the ground. Anything caught in this foot of ice has a high chance of being frozen, it takes Chuunin strength to free a portion of the ice, and jounin strength to free your affected body part from the ice.

Freezing Field
This ability Resonates forever off of Hyourinmaru. This ability allows him to wherever he touches, a meter of Ice forms, directly around where he touched. this ice is somewhat solid, and extremely slick. Only those that can use a jutsu to hold themselves to ice, or can summon Hyourinmaru are unaffected by the ice's slickness. This ability can only affect the ground, or other inanimate objects such as trees, or buildings. Even structures made by jutsu.


Third stage:
Complete symbiosis, full fusion achieved.

This is the third and final stage of Hyourinmaru. In this stage, Ice envelopes the user, then shatters and spins rapidly, blocking them from view. Suddenly the ice storm bursts, sending small flakes of Ice at the opponent. In the center of a circle of ice stands Hyourinmaru and his summoner fused to the point Hyourinmaru takes on human attributes, and is capable of far grater techniques as his powers are now completely manifested in that world. This is only able to be Used if the person who is currently using this summon has unlocked the second stage, and used it for five years, meditated in another set of solid ice, and used their own powers to not only free themselves, but completely destroy the iceberg in which they meditated. They must also have achieved the Sannin rank, or Kage rank. Or have been promoted to anbu Captain or their respective village. They must also be of Hyouton bloodline, otherwise their chakra will not agree with Hyourinmaru, resulting in him freezing all of their Tenketsu forever, rendering them unable to regain chakra.

His Abilities are as follows:

Ice Hard Skin
Sannin rank
This ability makes Hyourinmaru's skin completely solid, and unable to be harmed asily. This means that jutsu that would normally split something in half would not afffect him, and would merely take a chunk out of him, which could be replaced. however Katon techniques of the same level are capable of harming him horribly.

Ice Rejuvination
Sannin rank
By using ice Hyourinmaru can heal himself by recreating any lost tissue or anything removed from his body. However he must use available water to heal any Fatal wounds. the water must be his body mass, and must not have been used in a jutsu.

Frozen Field
Sannin Rank
This is the second form of Frozen Field. In this form, The ice that comes off of Hyourinmaru's body can not be attached to by anything less than Hyourinmaru himself, or the Sub-zero grip jutsu. Anything he touches { Aside from other people } Instantly freeses. This area of affect is ten meters in radius, and is capable of freezing even weapons.

RPC Name:JinTaki/TakiJin
Name of Summon: Rashomon coffin
Description: At first it appears to be a simple coffin with no specialties. But from the top, sides, and bottom of the coffin, tendrills will shoot out, about twenty of each, and they will lash out, attempting to attack the opponent. The inhabitant of said coffin is in control of them, but answers only to the brothers. The tendrils are strong enough to lift the coffin high off the ground, about two stories in fact, and can easily stop projectiles. However, it takes more than one tendrill to lift it up off the ground. It would take about five to do this. In addition to these, it has clawed tendrils that will come up from the groudn and attack enemies, attempting to pull them underground. It's final ability is it's most dangerous. As a trump card, it will open, all the tendrills sucking into it and creating an abyss of sorts ((One post)). Red eyes will open and a large, black hand will attempt to grab you ((Maximum of two tries, one for each post.)) Should it successfully grab you, and you don't pull yourself free in two more posts, it will drag you into the abyss and slam shut, locking you inside it forever. Anyone locked in teh coffin will become a zombie whenever the coffin is summoned, making them a slave with only TWO of their known jutsu at your disposal. So yeah, it effectively kills you if you are caught. The upside is that if you are able to escape the hand, the coffin will unsummon itself.

"Kuchiyose no jutsu!" the brothers would yell out slamming their hands on the ground. A large teleportation seal would appear around them, and then a spiraling black vortex of sorts would appear over it. A large, black and red coffin would rise from the ground under JinTaki. Black, shadowy tendrils would shoot out from the top, sides, and bottom end of the coffin as the two of them grinned. The three ninja thought nothing much of it, throwing exploding tags at them, but the tendrills were fast acting, swatting them just out of range before they exploded. Some of the tendrils dug into the ground, while others lifted the coffin itself off the ground with Jintaki on top of it. "I love the Rashomon." JJin squealed as Taki nodded. WHile the ninja stared in awe at the summon, they were oblivious to the claws coming towards them. While one stayed behind the other two dashed forwad, trying to get as close as possible before attacking the tendrils. Ten of the tendrils shout out, but the ninja were nible and dodged, then jumped and ran along them towards the Soma no Ko brothers. THe brothers were able to get clear of the attacks as the ninja landed on the Coffin itself. Bad move, since every tendrill came towards them, surrounding them as they did so. ONe of them got caught, and the coffin launched him flying through the air towards a mountain. The other, fell and hit the ground, lokking at the monstrosities arms. Getting up to run towards the partner they had left behind, he was struct dumb as he saw him in a gigantic claw, which then violently dragged him under ground. As a katon user, he would most likely die if he couldn't get up in time. But when all the tendrills came back into the coffin and it dropped down in front of him suddenly, he thought it was open. "What is this thing!" He screamed at Jintaki, who were standing against a tree. "The Rashomon coffin, our little pet." Their sick grin, combined with the slow opening of the coffin, caused him to cry out in fear. A gigantic hand, it's defored, skinny fingers wrapping around him, and yanked him into the abyss, his screams drowned in darkness. As the coffin disappeared the brothers got back on their way to Oto from the Leaf village.

Not for current Rpc, Getting everything besides a profile made up for a rpc in case Sonji should die. ( Mainly because I have great plans for him, but that is for me to know and you all to fear. and those plans can easily backfire. )
RPC Name: Tsukasa Mimiru
Name of Summon: Guardian
Description: Guardian is a floating Gelatinous mass that is completely indestructible, unaffected by physical, metaphysical, or even Space time altering effects. This means that it only comes and leaves when Tsukasa needs it to.

It consists of three spheres linked by a strand of the Gelatinous mass. The middle one is comprised of a small orb of jell which surounds a bracelet. This bracelet has an odd writing on it, and is completely unable to be read using any known languages. The two orbs on either side of the middle one are much larger, and consist only of the substance that the entire Guardian is made of.

The Guardian is capable of attacking using an odd skewering technique, in which part of one of the orbs shoots out, not disturbing the surface of the orbs, and spears the opponent. This attack is faster than can be recognized by anyone less than two ranks faster than the Summoner of the Guardian. It is also able to attack multiple targets using this skewer technique, although it is only one spear per target. The guardian has no blind spots, and seemingly reads the opponent's movements to always be between it and Tsukasa. Thusly until the guardian has completed it's task, or been dismissed by Tsukasa, it will continue to inhibit the opponent from reaching Tsukasa. That being said, it is not impossible to get to Tsukasa, but you won't be very close for more than a single post.

The guardian can also absorb an enemy into it's body, not only drowning the opponent, but suffocating them and crushing them as well. It takes a Chunnin Taijutsu master, or jounin rank strength to climb out of the Guardian, and survive. afterwards the guardian will not attempt to skewer the opponent until they act hostile to Tsukasa again.

The guardian also has a very special skill that it can only use on tsukasa's command and co-operation. Tsukasa reachs into the Guardian and places his hand through the bracelet andtargets an opponent. One hundred skewers shoot out of the guardian's middle orb, one hundred out of each orb on the sides. They go in every direction, making only slight safe areas. Or tsukasa can just send alll of them directly at his opponent, or in their general direction. The skewers that hit each drain a single point of chakra from the opponent, as well as injure the opponent by completely clearing through their body. This technique also extractsdata on the enemy, relaying it to Tsukasa through small needle like objects that expand from the bracelet into his wrist where it attaches to a nerve, becomes so thin that it is invisble to the naked eye and runs along the nerve to his brain, where it attaches to show him the info instantly. The info gathered is only Bloodline/ Clan, chakra type, relative power ( Such as rank, strength rank, ninjutsu rank, genjutsu rank, etc, etc ) and any thoughts that the opponent has had for the last five or ten minutes. This technique can only be used once every 10 posts.

The guardian does not have a summon limit, meaning it is able to stay with Tsukasa for as long as it is needed or tsukasa wants it. However it can act independently of Tsukasa and leave after it has killed the offender, or not show up on tsukasa's whim every time.

I think I'll turn this into an actual summon, But My character will be the original summoner, and to learn of the summoning you have to see it, or obtain the scrolls for it from Tsukasa.

RPC Name: Yukio Yuuto
Name of Summon: Iron Rain god Statues
Description: This summon is a summon that brings about hundreds of Iron statues of a Rain god falling from the sky, each weighing about one hundred pounds atleast. The god is unimportant to regular life now, but his statues are found often in ancient ruins and sometimes in the temples of each shinobi nation. The statues fall with such force that being undreneath one and not having a way to protect yourself WILL lead to death. The statues rain about half a mile around yukio, or atleast the starting point of where the summoning was cast. It takes 10 posts before the rain of statues finally stops.
RP Sample: Yukio stood in the middle of a field, thinking to himself, and letting out a breath. " Summoning! Iron Rain god Statues! " He said, the ink on his ruight arm glowing for a second as he bit his thumbs and traced blood down his forearms. A surge of chakra shot off of Yukio's body and a loud whistle became audible as a statue fell directly infront of him, blocking his view of the area infront of him. Suddenly there were hundreds of whistling noises followed by thuds as the statues began falling, there were hundreds of them, all falling like rain. Yukio began to dodge and weave through the falling statues, avoiding injury. He laid his hands on a couple to turn them into Iron dust, and quickly began threading other jutsu to protect himself from the hail of Iron.

This is not even a personal summon, this is more like a jutsu. And this jutsu, just summoning things to rain down and crush people for a half-mile around, would be denied.

That's why I'm having it take up my summoning slot. Plus the statues are easy to dodge. At most only a thousand rain down, and that plus the fact that the entire area is a mile in diameter, I don't really see how it is all that good besides it allows me easy access to large amounts of Iron.

I will say it again, this does not qualify as a summon. Besides, saying it's ONLY a thousand? A Personal summon cannot go beyond A rank, and summoning that many objects at once to rain down over such a wide area would deplete all your chakra before half of them were summoned.

RPC Name: Aruwara Mai/Mizaki
Name of Summon: Zenko
Description: Zenko is a fox unique to Aruwara. She is capable of talking to Mai using thought, and is used to disguise her. Using a unique version of Henge no Jutsu, Zenko is able to transform herself into a pair of authentic fox ears, and tail, and attach herself to Mai. Along with this, she changes Mai's hair color to entirely black, and it becomes short instead of long. The ears themselves do nothing, they're just for show, but the tail enhances Mai's balance. Other than that, Zenko is just a pet with the convenience of being able to be summoned. The transformation requires bodily contact with the fox.

RP Sample: Mai crept into the back entrance of her home, looking about to make sure that no one had followed her, or was watching her. It would be terrible if someone had figured out her secret, that she was actually a shinobi instead of just the regular head of the village's clinic. She was here because she had been called away by the Otogakure to deal with one of their shinobi who felt they could go rogue. Mai wasn't exactly a hunter nin, but the job needed to be done quickly, and swiftly, and that required the head of Otogakure's ANBU. It also needed to be done tonight, which meant that she needed to hurry.

Sliding her right hand into her kunai pouch she lined the blade with her thumb and opened up a small bleeding cut, bringing the hand back out into the open again to perform several hand signs, which ended with her slamming her unharmed hand down onto the floor of her home. A fox appeared before her. Where were you? I would have been able to save myself the seconds taken away by doing this if you had stayed home. Mai thought, looking at the fox with an annoyed expression. The kitsune just merely licked her paw. I was hungry, so I decided to go catch some mice. I'm sure the farmers around here appreciate it. Zenko's attempt to diffuse Mai's annoyance failed miserably. Whatever, just transform already.

Upon the completion of said thought, Zenko hopped onto Mai's foot while she performed the hand signs for Henge no Jutsu, and a few extra. The fox seemed to sink into Mai's foot, and the transformation took place. Her hair color turned black, and shrunk into a rather wild style. Ears appeared on her head, functional and real, but doing nothing to aid her hearing. A tail appeared from where he tail bone was, which aided her balance. Once the transformation was complete Mai moved towards her closet and pulled out a different set of clothes and changed into them, bring out a completely white ANBU style mask with a lightning bolt over the left eye slit. Mai bolted out the door when she was finished to perform her mission.

It's not fusing. It's similar to adorning a pair of cat-ears as an accessory upon the head. I don't need any of the bonuses it provides, just the disguise. It's just the Fox's version of Henge. The ears/tail/look changes are designed to look, and feel authentic, but they don't actually do anything.

By attaching itself to the user, changing the users appearance and abilities (better balance with the tail, though I don't know how a tail aides in balance, or to what degree), the summon is fusing with the user. By allowing this summon, I would also have to allow a bird that can change into an attachable pair of wings for the user, or a snake that allows the user to spit acid and shed it's skin, or a shark that essentially turns its summoner into a hoshigaki, or....You see where I'm going with this.

I can't allow telepathy. That's a Yamanaka thing, and a possible Sage Mode thing.

Gregar, have you ever wondered why animals with tails always have better balance than humans? Namely the cat.

Anyway, all I want is the appearance change. I don't want/need anything else but that, nothing has to be functional at all. Am I not allowed to have just that?

Its never really been a concern of mine.

Because of the reasons mentioned above, no, I cannot allow that. Sorry, but thats how it has to go.
