Biohazard EXTREME Oh, okay, so that's fairly far. I mean, you got past the part where you can't do anything at all, lol. But yeah, I'm enjoying it a lot. There's like one or two lines of dialogue here and there that weren't in the original, which is awesome. like what?

Just the odd line here and there. Like for example, at the beginning, when Yukari's got the evoker. In the original cinematic, she doesn't say anything at all, and in the PSP version, she says something like, "Okay, I just gotta pull the trigger..." and then, "I can't do it." Not word for word, but something of the sort. Also, at the monorail ordeal, when Yukari is climbing up she says, "Don't look up!" talking about her skirt, and in the original that was it, but in the PSP version, Junpei makes a comment along the lines of, "It's not my fault if I happen to catch a glimpse."
Just little things like that.

I'm very pleased with P3P. It pretty much meets everything I was expecting and wanting. I'm so glad they kept all the music for the guy, but changed it for the girl. I really like that, and the fact that if you play as the guy it's very close to the original Persona 3. I'm also very happy they kept all the voice acting. I'm also pleased with how much added voice acting and content there is for the girl - a lot more then I'd thought there would be. The only thing I'm not too happy about is the lack of 3-D anywhere but Tartarus - but I was expecting that, so it's alright.
I'm so happy I can have Persona with me wherever I go, now! 4laugh

I actually thought the lack of exploring the town would bother me a lot more than it did. It really doesn't take away THAT much. I really like the idea of having to go to Tartarus to rescue those stranded people.

i am not to the train part yet. i am still on the first night where you can choose to go to tatrus and i am going as far as i can in one night, so far im at the second boss in the tower. and i am level 6 or 8 or some thing... only thing i find a lil hard is turning the camera around corners some times. i do not mind the fact that you dont get to run around at all. this games going to be sweet, i haventr played as the girl yet. i will as soon as i beat the game as the boy. or maybe before im not sure. and i remember the part in the opening video where she did not say any thing, but its kewl that they change some stuff.
did you get your hat? i got mine and several people commentlyed on it saying "nice hat"

Yeah, I did. It's an awesome hat. It's subtle too, so it's not like something that stands out as a "character prop". It looks cool as just a hat.

You can still explore the town, kind of. I mean, the locations are all still there. There's still all those different places to go, you just don't get to like, run around in them.
Yeah, I got the hat. It was funny, because it came in the mail in this huge box (well, huge for having a PSP game and hat inside) a in that box was a much smaller one with the hat and the game stuffed inside. Waste of cardboard. xD

Actually it's the scenes that lose out the most, I find. Cause you don't actually get to SEE the funny things they do, like Elizabeth pouring all those coins into the fountain, or stuff like that. So not seeing that kind of takes away from the full impact of the scene.
Yeah, mine came the same way.

aahhhh that is a lil disapointing i have not done any missions with her yet. i just got to the part where i can do the missions. and i reached my limit point in tatrus where i cant go any further till the full moon. but i got a bunch of days where i cant really do much in staturs becuse im like level 8 with decent armor/weapons/items and so like i can just spend all these days with social links which i have assumulated. just deciding what the best action plan is. a. to spend bit time with each person (and your charm, reading, courage ect...)
or
b. max out a few all at once then move onto the next.
how do you guys all do it?
and i love the hat its pretty kewl.

Oh by the way, I don't know if they did it in the original P3, because I just never tried it I guess, but where you can't go any further because it's a barricade, after you go back, if you check the stairs next time you're in Tartarus, you can actually skip to that very last point, and not have to go to the previous boss room, then having to go those 2+ extra floors before you reach that barricade again. I dunno if you can do the same thing in the original, but I always went to the boss room from that access point on the first floor, and then had to go those extra few floors to reach the floor where the barricade is removed.
And it depends on the social link. Certain ones like Chihiro and most dating links I try to clear off one by one. Whereas certain other links like the little girl at the shrine or Kenji, or Maya, I clear out little by little throughout the game. So it depends. Whatever feels right.

I pretty much try to split up all the Social Links equally.
Speaking of the little girl at the shrine, what drink do you give her? Because I've bought like everything but she just keeps saying she's thirsty. I can't remember what I used in the original. gonk
