The Darth Vizzle Unrelated, but I'd also like to know the criteria/scoring system you guys are using.. just out of curiosity. How many points are possible, how many points per each category? Quote: Point System: Fighter can gain up to 5 points in each category. Spelling/ GrammarPunctuation, spelling, right word usages. Conciseness/ Writing AbilityDoes the writer have a good grasp on making the details clear to the reader? How good is the writer at in creating an effective and/or interesting writing scheme, in addition to augmenting their clarity? RoleplayingDoes the writer stick to their character's personality and overall "feel?" If a fighter is a stubborn fool, then the posts should show this. Dialogue and mood setting can also can attribute to this. Creativity/ Strategy
Unique plans or good strategies that make use of the fighter's situation, setting, and ability are examined. If they have both, even better. Control of the FightHow well was the fighter dominating the fight?

Just Naota I'm content with the results. I'm aware that absolutely NOTHING happened in my fight. How was it scored? No run-down?

I would like some clarification as to the scores I recieved for the Reyen v Joseph Walsh battle. Also, why does he get his last name of his character, but I don't? XD.

Wilian Dawnmorrow I would like some clarification as to the scores I recieved for the Reyen v Joseph Walsh battle. Also, why does he get his last name of his character, but I don't? XD. Spelling/ Grammar 3 - 1.5 Both of you made a lot of mistakes. Misplaced punctuations and run on sentences. Normally, we don't care much for it, but you guys were really making it hard to read.Conciseness/ Writing Ability 2 - 2 Because of the first category, it affected the second. I understood what you guys were saying, but it wasn't as exciting or interesting writing.Roleplaying 3 - 2 The only good merit about the fight was that you guys were concentrating solely on roleplaying, and that's what gave the fight the light it needed.Creativity/ Strategy 0 - 0 Honestly, this fight was going everywhere to the point it was going nowhere, so neither gave interesting strategies or creativity.Control of the Fight 2 - 1 Only because Reyen's fighting was a little bit more solid than Joseph's.10 - 6.5

Just Naota Those numbers mean nothing to me. Any details? This is mainly just from my opinion. The other two judges have their own. Hero was actually roleplaying pretty well. Her posts were a lot more fluid and descriptive, and not the usual "fluff" you see in other posts. She could have done well if she didn't let her fighting ego get to her. She didn't emulate her responses correctly to the attacks she faced, and thus, where I thought she took a suffer since both of you were already on equal ground to begin with. The fight didn't go on long enough for there to be more to judge, so basically, it was all based on the second to second details that each of you had.

Thanks! That makes a lot of sense. I didn't feel anything I did in that fight was very solid, and this gives me areas I can improve in. I definitely feel that I try to make my sentences too flowy and in the process they become run-ons. A bit more proofreading for me!

She got two points more than I, or am I seeing this in reverse? What did I do wrong?

Ok. So... how many points were deducted for going over the 24 hour mark without a post in the absence thread explaining a viable reason? I ask for one reason. My fight could have gone on, my opponent came and went online without a post for... how many days? Curiosity.
I know what I have to work on, just curious if there was actually a punishment for falling out of certain parameters.

One to three points, depending on how long it was, and if there is notification in the proper thread. I didn't have to deduct any points, although I could have knocked one point off of a few fights because it was outside a 24-hour span.

Question: I pulled out 57.3 out of a possible 75 points, which translates to 76%. That's a C. *calculator, pushes glasses up nose*
C means I ******** up somewhere. What was the issue?
