"Indeed, darling," Aviania chuckled softly, tilting her head slightly as she continued, "Oh! A trap sounds splendid! Set it up by tonight... Perhaps we'll catch it before the move and I can ask the sisters not to eat it if it makes its way to our new home in the future." She paused, a slight smirk on her lips, "It'll give you its loyalty... Having the protection of the Flock is an honor, after all!"
At the question, the Queen grew silent for a moment, a frown tugging at the edges of her lips, "They do not dare say it out, but they did not respond well to the news, Aylin... This is our home, and it does break my heart to leave it behind. However, this is a joint decision made by my Commanders and myself! Even you had agreed to the move..." She paused, looking confident as she nodded, "I believe that our sisters will come to understand our decision soon, darling. This is not something I am too concerned about."

"I will have it set up by this eve, Queen." she smiled and nodded at the command. It should be easy enough to trap the rabbit, it traveled the same path every day. She had watched it from the temple entrance for some time now. "And yes, we will have to tell the sisters not to eat it!" she laughed.
"I only ask because you know they do not speak against you," she looked over to her friend, "They know my services are to you and they know I would not agree if they fought the idea."
She took a moment to think, "We should prepare to move within a few days, Aviania...We will loose more sisters if we do not find more food soon,"

"Excellent!" Aviania chuckled lightly, "I look forward to seeing your capture... I wonder if this will start a new trend in the Flock?" She raised an eye brow, musing out loud with a bemused smile, "Getting a small creature to act as a messenger... No, maybe the stronger critters could be used to assist a sister on a solo hunting trip! Perhaps some of these little critters are useful not only as an appetizer... What do you think, darling?"
"Thank you for your concern," The Queen's expression softened a little as she smiled, reaching out with a talon to lightly touch the Oracle's, "It is comforting to have you around, Aylin... It will be strange without you physically being there in the Flock's new home, but I shall look forward to seeing you during your visits."
Aviania nodded, withdrawing her limb from Aylin, "Indeed... We need to keep the sisters' energy levels up for this move to be a success. However, do not fret - our hunters and foragers are working around the clock to ensure that we have enough food for the move... Some of the sisters from other sectors are also helping with the hunting." She smiled proudly, "Despite - or maybe because of - our circumstances, sisters from every sector are chipping in to help keep the Flock alive - it makes me glad to see this."

She laughed at the thought of small creatures running around within the herd, "Perhaps if we could get some wolves or foxes to be obedient they could help in the hunt," her head bobbed in thought. She burst into laughter at the sudden thought of a feeding frenzy among the sisters when the first few critters arrived.
Aylin quieted and smiled under the Queen's touch. She hardly showed such affection and it was pleasant when she did. "I do hate to stay behind, Aviania." she paused and shook her thread, "I just don't trust anyone else to guard my temple..." she adored her sisters, but the temple was her responsibility.
"You've always been on top of things, the sisters should be thankful that our Queen cares so much for our well being," she shifted her weight again, "I'm glad the sisters are pulling together, it will help make the move easier for us all."

"Indeed!" The female chuckled; it was an interesting idea to consider, at least. Perhaps in their new home, where larger prey is plentiful enough to have small critters running around and not look at them as food. She then paused as Aylin spoke, heaving a soft sigh before offering the Oracle a small smile, "I'm aware of that, Aylin, and I respect your decision."
"There are hostiles to the east, keep going until you see the sun wake upon the rocks..." She whispered, repeating what the Oracle had told her earlier as she stood up and stretched her limbs. Silently, she walked past the Oracle and to the edge of her nest, staring in the direction where they were going to move towards, "Whatever awaits us, we will conquer... Look forward to the good news, Aylin!"
She turned to face the Oracle once more, her tone serious as she nodded, "For now, I think its time for both of us to take a rest..."

(Quite fine, I think we accomplished what we needed. *smile*)
Aylin quietly rose from her place in the Queen's nest. She turned to make her exit at the Queens request, stopping briefly at the side of the Queen.
"The spirits are with you, my dear friend," she spoke quietly, gently laying her talons on top of the Queens. She wanted Aviania to know that this was the right move for the flock. "I will always be only a song away,"
In a move that the other harpies dare not make, she gave a playful n** to the Queen's feathered mane. It was a show of affection that had become habit towards Aviania since Aylin was a foal. "Rest will, Aviania."
With a quick, graceful movement, the oracle lept from the nest and down the ledges. She had a trap to set and a rabbit to catch.
