  Kenzo watched as the first of the genin to enter and introduce himself was Takasugi Ikari, a Genjutsu user and possessed the katon Element. The second to enter was Namaewa Wangetsu, or as he presented himself in the Japanese manner, Wangetsu Namaewa. The young man seemed the most formal, Medical Nin and Suiton Element. He also possessed the Wangetsu Lunar, a bloodline he had not heard that much but still had knowledge on it, Namaewa seemingly tried to not reveal his bloodline that openly. Finally the third genin to enter was Hyozou Law, seemed to not exactly know the manners and strengths of himself. His manners in front of the Kazekage were also somewhat unorthodox, but it did not bother Kenzo at all. "Very well, then. Two of you have rare doujutsu. A doujutsu is a Bloodline whose power gives the shinobi ocular abilities." He spoke to them, mainly to Hyozou. "Your bloodline grants you wider vision, and immunity to Genjutsu. You have the eyes of Ranmaru. Namaewa has a similar ability to you, you both can view the life force in one's body. That can be useful, so do not reveal your bloodline easily. You need to think for the worst, and that would be taking your eyes."
He spoke, before turning at Takasugi. "I will tell each one of you what you need to edit right now so it does not grow even worse. Takasugi your personality is right. You're not too formal, but you are serious. But that distrust of yours makes you look like a Kunoichi, man up and never again doubt in your abilities." He spoke, already starting to use his technique as a Kazekage, push the genin to the ground so they grow to dislike him. "Namaewa, you will do a good Medical Ninja, but I do assure you that formality will never protect you from my critic. It will only make worse, loosen up and stop acting like me as I'm supposed to in front of the Elders." He spoke, his face all along in an emotionless pattern as he now switched to Hyozou. "And Hyozou. You need to raise your awareness level, you are too carefree and if it continues like that you will loose your eyes. You don't know yourself. Leave everything aside, training forward. And if I see you sleeping again you will pass to the consequences." He spoke, waiting for their reaction " Expect the unexpected " Out Of Character : You all failed in noticing that Kenzo walked in last, not a good sign... Not a good sign. I'm just kidding, but pay attention to posts well.

Wangetsu Namaewa

Namaewa blinked, slightly incredulous. He was being reprimanded for being polite? He didn't know if he'd be able to cure that - he just wasn't fully comfortable around the other people yet. He knew he was relaxed and open around his family at home, so he figured that when he knew the others better he would be more casual.
For now though, he simply nodded his head to the Kazekage, accepting his advice calmly. From past experience he knew his bloodline was actually far rarer than those like the Uchiha with their precious Sharingan, so unless someone was out hunting doujutsu then they likely wouldn't even know that his eyes were abnormal. He adjusted his glasses again and closed one eye as he listened to the Kazekage speak to the other two. He tightened his grip on his staff as the Kazekage returned to speaking about someone targeting Law for his eyes - he might not be relaxed like the other Genin were, but that didn't mean he wouldn't protect them if the situation came up.

 Takasugi IkariSunagakura|Genin|Genjutsu|Unknowing UchihaTakasugi took Kenzo's words into account, they were harsh and what he expected from a Kage..but never the less he seemed to take them to heart. He balled his fist tightly as he nodded his head, confirming that Kenzo's words reached him," I understand Kenzo-sama, I will not fail you." His cool voice, filled with something new to him...vigor and determination. He bowed slightly from his seat. He knew that Genjutsu was hard to master..he should have taken pride in the fact that it came naturally to him, rather then see it as a setback. As he brought himself back up he gazed at the Kazekage, his eyes full of determination...and..one could almost say pride. As he gazed at Kenzo...he took notes on his mannerisms and actions, he seemed to be very straight and to the point, a pragmatic type of man...also like himself..he seemed rather emotionless...wither that was just for show, or he was actually like that....Takasugi couldn't say for sure...but he knew this man was strong...and would make a good idol for him to one day surpass.

Although he didn't exactly agree with the Kazekage's words, he understood there were some merit within them. It was not the first time Hyouzou was told he was too lax for his own good, but he doubted anyone here would attempt to steal his eyes. In fact, he doubted anyone could, save for the kage. Hyouzou wasn't as weak as others thought him to be.
"I...." Hyouzou was about to reply on Kenzo's statement with "I can't stop myself from sleeping", but thought better of it. This man didn't seem like the one you wanted to piss off, and from what he could tell, Hyouzou was already on his bad side. Instead, Hyouzou looked the man in the eye, his Ranmaru kekkai genkai now deactivated. "Of course, Mr. Kage. My apologies." It hurt Hyouzou's pride to apologize, but he knew it was for the better. However, he would not bow. Hyouzou's respect was given rarely, if at all. For now, Kenzo would only receive his good manners. "So, if you don't mind me asking, whats next? If you are going to be our sensei, are we gonna start our training?"

Kenzo looked at Takasugi as he spoke, his words seemed to get to the genin too fast. He did not yet know if the genin was acting or not, but he would see in the following days. He then turned at Namaewa, his job was easier. He could easily remove that formality with hate. And then Hyozou. This boy was not touched at all, it was clear in his look, simply his change of the subject was a case of non-dedication. Although he meant to task them already after he gave his comments.
"You do know that the Gobi attacked our village, right? Well, while fighting it some infrastructure was damaged. I want the three of you to walk up to the 'balcony' of the tower. It is the fifth floor, there you will see a large gap on the edge. Please fix that up and return here when you did." He told the three, thinking of the rail and the part of the building he had destroyed, they would have a hard time with it. " Expect the unexpected " Out Of Character : Azn, please read my last post again [In the beginning of page one]. It seems you didn't understand it well. I told that Kenzo allowed the guards to open the door to any genin. Therefore you don't need to knock. Mission Given : Arc Mission, Reconstruction

Description: Go to the village kage and ask where you can help rebuild or repair in the village. The kage will then tell you what thing can be fixed. A squad of 2-4 ninja must complete at least 15 total posts to fix the problem before it can return for credit. Once this mission has been completed 10 times for your village, your kage will allow the gates to be opened to the public.

▌▬♦ Konohagakure → Genin ♦▬▐ "We've all been sorry, we've all been hurt..."Chakra: 25/25Stamina: 25/25Sharingan (Dormant): Active/Not Active_______________________________________________________________ Rai had a harder time getting through the streets of the village than he did at the training grounds. In the training grounds, he expected to get hit by some powerful technique but that place was as quiet as a desert. In the streets, he had to shove his way through the crowd of people. 'This is to much for me... Maybe it's worth getting punished.' He thought while going through the streets. It was then that he thought of the worst case scenario, with him cleaning out everything and then being sent across town. 'No. This is way better.' He thought with a sigh. He pushed and shoved until he reached the large tower that stood in the center of the village. "Well there it is. Lets get moving." He said to himself racing up the stairs. He pushed through the doors and went inside the large tower.
He stood at the entrance and looked around."Pretty dull..." He said to himself looking at the plain construction of the buildings.He took note of how many guards were around as well. He walked passed one of the guards at the front, while looking at the sign. "Just head to the office and walk in. The doors are open to all genin."The Jounin said in an emotionless tone. Rai nodded and followed the signs, walking down the halls of the tower. He took note that the place was big but lacked rooms.
He finally made it to the office, seeing two more guards there. "Do I just go on in?" He asked still unsure. One of the guards nodded to him and placed his hand on the door knob. 'I hope he not doing anything important.' He thought, opening the door and walking in to see a room full of people. He quickly bowed and introduced his himself. "Lord Kazekage, Rai Uchiha Reporting." He said keeping his bow. OOC: I understood the post lol. I just didn't like the sound of the idea of just "walking in" to a room without knocking (Especially if it belongs to an important person). It's really a pet peeve of mine when people just do that. I've seen it in so many other guilds that it has gotten on my nerves when there was something important going on. XD

Hyouzou LawGenin | Sunagakure | Genjutsu Class ♥ ♣ ♦ ♠ ♥ ♣ ♦ ♠ ♥ ♣ ♦ ♠ ♥ ♣ ♦ ♠ ♥ ♣ ♦ ♠ ♥ ♣ ♦ ♠ Hyouzou, after hearing his first mission, wanted to kill himself. Manual labor, the worst of the worst. If there was one thing Hyouzou hated, it would definitely have to be labor. He would study, he would spy, he would act as nice as humanly possible. But doing physical work?
With a reluctant nod, Hyouzou stood up. A small sigh could be heard from his lips, and almost as soon as it came out, Hyouzou scolded himself. Nice work, genius. Right in front of the Kage. He had hoped that Kenzo didn't notice, for he was the only one close enough to hear, but he doubted it. Shinobi were bound to be alert at the senses, and being a kage only made the possibility more probable. As Hyouzou turned to the exit, another kid entered the office. The genin paid no mind to the new kid, opting to greet him with merely a head nod. He stopped, however, after hearing the words "Uchiha". Hyouzou took another long look at the kid. He's....he's an uchiha? Hyouzou noted the fact mentally and continued walking, acting as if nothing special happened. To the others, nothing would seem out of the ordinary, just an interested genin looking at a new comrade. Still, Hyouzou knew he wanted to learn more about the guy later on.
As the former pirate reached the balcony of the tower, he let out an audible groan at the sight before him. Working was definitely not his style. Numerous tools were set aside for him and the others, and as the wind blew past the genin, sending his big fro swaying to the side, Hyouzou bent down and got to work. There were numerous logs of wood at the side, as well as basic tools (hammers, nails, etc) First things first were the measurements, of course. Although Hyouzou didn't seem like it, he was actually quite knowledgeable at building. "Guess thats what life at sea gets you."
As he absentmindedly wrote down the measurements of the required wood, Hyouzou's mind started to drift. Living life aboard the Heart pirates.....it was, perhaps, the best moments of his life. He had always accompanied Franky, the crew's head shipwright, to the rooms, to the steering wheel, to the deck, always helping him perform the daily activities a shipwright commanded. During that time following Franky around, Hyouzou was bound to pick up on some of the skills and abilities. Again, just because Hyouzou didn't like to do manual labor didn't mean that he didn't know how to.
Lost in his memories, it took Hyouzou a moment to notice that he had stopped writing. Whoops. Although he wanted to complete the mission as soon as possible, strolling down memory lane was something Hyouzou cherished greatly. As he finished with the numbers, he set them aside, taking what he considered a "mandatory break.". He still had a long way to go, but waiting for help wouldn't be so bad. In fact, waiting for help would be a "fantastic" idea. Plus, sand was getting in his eyes often, and that was not something he enjoyed all that much. The pirate took a sigh. He would need to start cutting the wood next, and after that, he would need to hammer the planks in place. And that was just the brackets. He still needed to fix the huge chunk missing from the balcony, as well as paint the whole thing. But for now, during his break, he would just enjoy the view of the village. Despite it being 1000 degrees everyday, Sunagakure wasn't all that bad of a place.

A small gesture acknowledgement was given to him by this person. Standing up straight and sighing lightly he put his hands behind his head and returned to his nonchalant manner. "Well no sense in acting all formal now. Lord Kazekage, is there anything that needs to done around here? I would like to learn if that's alright." He said not as enthusiastically as when he first came in to the room. He noticed the room was dull like the rest and he could see scrolls everywhere. He began to wonder what was on each of these scrolls. 'It seems to have a lot of techniques listed on it... Surely he does not keep all of that knowledge in here...' He thought waiting for an answer.
He could understand if the Kazekage was to busy with reconstruction. The village was in bad shape. The attack from the demon had mad training hard for everyone. He then wondered where that other guy was going. Either way, Rai was going to do what it took to begin training. The room took an odd moment of silence, the room seemed to be full of power. Rai had no idea what a Kage was capable of, but he was sure enough they were strong. That's why they led.

He then remembered hearing order as he was walking in to the room.

Coming to the conclusion that he was going to be asked to go help with this task. "You know what..." He said out loud. " I'll just follow that guy and go help him. Heard everything you said outside as I was coming in. I'll be back when we finish." He said in a sarcastic tone. He turned around with his hands behind his head and began walking up the stairs. 'Now why did I volunteer myself in to doing this?' He thought walking up to the fifth floor as instructed.
He climbed the stairs until he reached the top and sighed. He turned and saw the other guy, already working on the balcony. "Well I'm here to help." He said with a sigh. He had no skills in construction or carpentry so this was going to be a problem. "Names Rai. You?" He introduced himself to the boy in front of him, who seemed to be just sitting there. Stamina: 56|| Pain Level: 0 || Status: Healthy || "You can always choose your own actions...Katsuro walked through the hallways of the Kazekage's with a calm look on his face, though inside his pain raged on as always. As he passed the many guards on his way to the Kazekage's office he took note of their apparent lack of interest in him, most of them not even taking the chance to look at his face. Clearly they weren't terribly worried about the arrival of a known village genin. As Katsuro arrived at the entrance to the Kage's office, he bowed his head to the guards before saying simply "I was told to report to the Kazekage, my name is Konaga Katsuro." With a nod, one of the guards opened the door and motioned for Katsuro to walk in, which Katsuro was quick to comply with.
As he stepped into the small space, Katsuro saw several familiar faces, but the reason he was here was not to socialize. Meeting the Kage's eyes, Katsuro bowed to the man before saying simply, "My name is Konaga Katsuro, it is a pleasure to meet you Kazekage-dono."... but you rarely get to choose the consequences."
