Jed raised his right arm into the air as Orton rolled to the ropes.

Orton then observes Jed like a vulture watching its prey. He slowly begins to climb to his feet, keeping Jed in his sight with every move that he takes.

Jed walked towards Orton as the ref held Jed back because Orton was in the ropes.

Randy Orton then slowly climbs out of the ropes to confront Jed, and seeing how the ref was keeping Jed temporarily occupied, he attempted a cheap-shot square across Jed's face knowing that Jed's guard is down a bit.

Jed pushed the ref down for a second. In that second Jed got thumbed in the eye. Jed moved away from the ref towards the ropes.

With that, Randy Orton then attempts a toe-kick to Jed's gut.

Jed took a step away from the rope for just a second. Orton toe kick hit its mark. Jed doubled over in pain while having one hand on the top rope.

Randy Orton attempted to capitalize on the Champion with a Float-Over DDT, hoping to leave Jed sitting up in the center of the ring.

Jed rolled through with the DDT. Jed ended up landing in the middle of the ring.

Orton turns his body over and gets onto one knee, hoping to keep the momentum on his side by attempting to apply a Wrenching Chinlock on Jed.

Jed started to sit up when he was yanked into a chin lock by Orton.

Jed started to try to lift his right leg and hit the canvas repetitively. Jed was trying to get the crowd going.

Orton tries to keep Jed immobilized with the Chinlock, but seeing how the crowd began to cheer-on Jed, Orton releases Jed's chin with one of his arms, still holding onto it with the other arm, attempting to connect with a hard Elbow Strike to Jed's temple in order to shut these pathetic fans up.

Jed began to try getting up, but he was elbowed and Jed dropped to the canvas.
