"Okay students, now that you know what the spells are, practice them in your spare time and such. I will test your ability to use the shield later on. Class dismissed, see you all next class. Oh, and Accalia please see me in my office sometime after class. There are a few things I'd like to address."

 Accalia looked up from her notes as the teacher spoke her name, horrified. Wha? Why? She looked back down to her papers and gathered everything up, deciding to drop all of her things off in her dorm first and then go to his office as requested of her. He's probably upset that I was late... oh... darn it. Day one and I'm already in trouble. I hope my other class hasn't started yet... She thought, her head looking at the floor as she dragged her feet to the dorms.

Heido came back to the class for some further study, but over heard something going on in the room, so he turned around so he didn't bother them.

Alasse nodded and swiftly left the classroom. "Either he didn't notice I was late or I was good sneaking in..." She muttered.

"Okay class first off is everyone here? We've been having a bit of a problem with tardiness. So from now on at the start of class I will errect a defensive spell blocking the door. If you are late you must break the spell to get into class. If you can not break the spell you miss that day's class. Those who miss class without a note from the campus nursing staff, or another professor will be assigned detention." Volrath turns and places the same fire shield spell he taught the class yesterday blocking the door.

Accalia walked past the classroom on her way to the dorms and stopped as she heard voices on the inside. the hell?! I already took that class today? It happens twice a day?! She wondered as she tried to get in she found it... locked? What nonsense is this? She looked at a bit of weeds for a moment, "Oh, so I'm freaking late again on the same day? ... so that's how I can get in? Thank you, here have some of my water." Accalia told the weed as she took out her water bottle and poured some of it onto the plant. She looked at the door and told it the spell needed to break it and opened the door, ready to get into even more trouble even though it was the same day.

Laura was late, too. She broke the spell when it came back when Accalia entered, and walked in.

Accalia couldn't help but glare at Heido, she was tired and hadn't eaten in what felt like ages. She didn't need someone insulting her. Enough people had done that in her life. She sat down on her own, away from everyone else. Little did she know that a day had actually passed, on her way back to the dorms she had frozen up and moved again when it was the next day. Under her eyes were bags from the lack of real sleep and she was ever so slightly thinner from missing two meals already. Feeling exhausted, she closed her eyes and waited for the lesson to begin.

Alasse ran through the halls to get to class. She ran into the door, trying to open it. "Crap.. a shield...of fire... wait." She stopped and thought. "Hmm," She finally realized what she had to do. She broke the spell and sighed happily when she was able to get in the classroom.

Accalia opened her eyes as the teacher spoke and cursed to herself as he asked for people to go test what he had told them. But how could we know already? It's still the same day isn't it? Her mind was still lost from when she had gone still with no one noticing. She tried to stand, hoping to get it over with so she wouldn't look like a moron when someone did it perfectly before her. From lack of sleep, food, and water that she was used to having in the time she had lost, she stumbled slightly as she held up her shaking hand to offer to be first. What's wrong with me? She wondered, Surely I ate enough before I came here right? Why do I feel so weak? Out of no where she began to cough, as if illness was leaping onto her eagerly now that she dared to stand.
