Matsuya's eye twitched as the flowers fell on him. "Chessa...I don't like flowers." Nonetheless, Matsuya didn't make a move to remove the flowers from his shoulders and hair. He would let them stay there, as they were just part of nature. If there was one thing he respected in the world it was the circle of life nature had written out around them. Matsuya's face almost erupted into laughter as he saw Atsureki's expression change. "It's only temporary, my friend. We'll have a chunin train them as soon as we find a decent one. We're a little short on shinobi as of now."

"Flowers are pretty!" She said. "And it makes him look less scary." She looked at the next Techinque carefully and smirked. Though she wouldn't say that out loud to him she thought it was cool to think it. Unless somehow he got to be a mind reader then well he would be able to tell who really are loyal to him.[1/3] She knew this would be useful for alot of things. Chessa hoped if she ever made a extremely high rank like sannin she would try to see if she was strong enough to move Matsuya or Atsureki. Maybe one day when she was a higher rank she would try to move his chair for a prank so when he sat down he would go BOOM to the ground. Though she owuld be outside of the office trying so she could run. Hehe the very idea sparked her mind with little pranks.[2/3] Making the hand signs carefully for the first step. Now the second one was focusing on the object she wanted to retrieve which was the kunai that landed behind the tree.[i accidently put this techinque in my last post] She focused a bit and sooner or later the kunai started to move and lift up to come toward her. She caught the kunai after jumping in the air to grab it. Another complete techinque now it was just time to wait to see what was next but she had completed all the basic Fuuton techinques. Matsuya would probaly tell her the next step.[3/3]
Hanpatsu Kaze no Jutsu (Retrieving Wind Technique)
Description: Creating a small gust of wind, the user utilizes it to push towards them instead of away, specifically to push nearby objects towards them. Those with a 5 or so in Power will only be able to push small objects about the size of a kunai or shuriken towards them, while someone with a 40 in Power can push large animals and even people.

Matsuya nodded as he saw her finish with the rest of the basic techniques. "Good. Take a breather and we'll continue your training." Matsuya closed his eye and sighed. He'd let the girl rest a bit and regain some chakra before they continued their training.

So you need to do 2 posts of failing then 1 of actually doing the jutsu.. and remember each post for learning costs the jutsu ammount )

Matsuya sighed, his eye closed. "You know, Chessa, if you learn a few more jutsu and part of the taijutsu style I may make you a chunin." Matsuya took another scroll from his robe and threw it to her. "The genin level fuuton jutsu. You'll learn those and then we'll start the taijutsu training."

Chessa caught the scroll and grinned widely. "Chuunin?!" Focusing back on him again to hear what he said. "Whats Taijustu?" She asked.

Lance Fulgurant (Raiton is my main element, I've mastered it up to jounin actually) Atsureki glanced at the new arrival, his confident smile suddenly fading to be replaced with an annoyed grimace. Atsureki knew that he would one day be asked to take on a squad of genin, but he failed to see how it was his responsibility to teach academy students the most basic of jutsu. But Atsureki was a Kiri shinobi, and above all else, he was loyal. Looking back to Matsuya, Atsureki bowed and simply said, "as you wish...", before turning and walking towards the boy.
Once he was about ten feet from the lad, who in truth was not much younger than Atsureki himself, Atsu stopped and crossed his arms across his chest as he looked the boy up and down. After sizing the boy up, Atsureki turned his stark white eyes to look the lad in the eye as he said calmly, "My name is Hyuuga, Atsureki, and I have been tasked with teaching you what you need to know to become a genin. First off tell me you name and your primary element, assuming you know it of course."RayHatake

Ray quickly looked at the Shinobi, half of Ray's face was covered by his face mask and liked it that way. "Hello Atsureki" He nodded before beginning to stretch his arms. "My name is Ray Hatake, and my primary element happens to be Raiton" He then began stretching his legs.
