Alright.

I'm going to go ahead make the changes.

Is there any duties I have as a sub-captain.

Keep an eye on things, if you see someone breaking the guild rules bring it to my attention, if someone asks for help try to either help them or find someone who can, post stuff on a more or less regular basis, tell me when I'm being high handed, etc.

Mostly I just want a couple of people to balance me and my decisions out.
