Amano's tail wagged, oooooh he won something? Maybe this was why Mana like to win all the time. HIs tail wagged and he let the girl go, he scrambeled back to his feet and then offered his hand.
He did win but that only meant he should help Bug right?
"I like you now. What were you chasin again? Butterflier?" He inquired trying to be helpful.

Wait, what? He totally blew whatever she thought of him out of the water. Bug was more confused and still slightly agitated.
"Uh... Okay...Yeah. It looked good to eat." she said he was just... weird, how else was she to interact with him... and wait him... didn't she bump into a girl? the gender of It finally dawned on her.
"Ummm weren't you a girl earlier?"

Amano looked to the girl and then down at himself then back to the girl his smile was big before but now..now it was HUGE.
"YES YES AMANO WAS!" He cried out quite happily doing a little dance on the spot before grabbing Bug's hands and dancing with her too. This was a glorious day for Ama! HIs first shape shifting EVER!
"Amano was girl now boy! Bug thank you!"

Bug's eyebrow cocked, whaaaaaat?! She didn't do anything. The small girl had fidgeted before being unwillingly pulled into a dance. Why did she have to bump into this kid, why?

Amano was very very pleased and he hugged Bug again in his excitement. Wither or not Bug realized it, it seemed that Amano could only shape shift if the same gender was around. So because Bug was a girl...and Ama had been a girl...her body immediately shifted to be the opposite. So..a boy.
Amano was so pleased when he released Bug he just stood there his tail wagging away happily. "Ama could not shift before! YOu helped!"

"Oh... 'Kaaaaay." Still a little unsure of the situation. Bug shrugged they weren't getting anywhere by just standing around.
"Right well since this is a grand event maybe we should celebrate and get something to eat." She was starving after all and had just lost what she thought was gonna be her meal. So this seemed like a good moment to bring up food again.

Starving? Right! She had been hunting the butterflier before, she must be very hungry now?
"Do you want another butterflier? I think if we looks hard we find you one!" he offered with a nod of his head, it didn't occur to him that they could actually go and find real food.

Bug shook her head, she didn't want another one, or at least she doubt they'd be able to catch one. Amano was loud and hyper, butterflies never stuck around if you were like that.
"No that's okay, how about we get something else? There's a bin over there we can pilfer from." She said while pointing to a near by trash bin.

Amano turned his head, his ears flicking back and forth and then he nodded his head, he was a fox so scavenging was always in his books.
"Sure!" He called out as he scurried over to the trash can. If Bug had ever met him with his siblings around she would of been surprised as Amano tended to act the EXACT opposite as he was now. Usually solemn, quiet and rather disgruntled around his siblings...Mana in particular.
It was when he wasn't around her he really opened up.
"What does Bug want?" He asked dipping his hand into the garbage hand to rummage.

The small girl wandered after him, if anyone told her he was quiet, she'd laugh thinking they're were making a joke.
"Hmmm is there any hotdog left over bits in there?" She said half peeking past him. Bug couldn't see in the trash bin with Amano in the way, but she was fine having him look for her.
"If you can't find any just some bread will be good." beggars can't be choosers.

He wasn't really sure what was in here.....he dipped his hand in deeper...all the way up to his shoulder rummaging around. His gaurdian would have a fit, there could be sharp things in there. But soon his hand found something squishy...and he withdrew it.
Not a hot dog. But it was a half eaten doughnut. He offered it towards the girl his eyes bright and hopeful as if he was hoping to win her affection with a half eaten doughnut.
"This good? Bug eat this?" He asked his tail wagging away.

She looked at the fox's boy offering. It wasn't meat or really bread, but the sugary treat would do, she guessed. Bug glanced at Amano, a bit unsure if he was going to quickly snatch it up and simply be a tease. Cautiously she took it from him nodding.
"Thanks, I will," flicking off a piece of something indescribable. The small child stuffed it in her mouth without any fear of germs and the possible mold that could be on it. Peering back at Amano with her beady eyes she couldn't help but ask.
"What are you going to eat?"
