I am requesting a subfourm for the arenas, because they're technically not in the Capitol. Plus, that way, characters could really revisit the arenas of past games, as Katniss says they do in the book. Well, characters from the Capitol, that is. Also, Snow, Ceaser Flickerman, Seneca, Pulartch, and Coin haven't been alive forever, so I thought I'd also put a request here for people to create a President to be Snows father, an interviewer to be Ceaser's parent, and a person to be Seneca's parent. Snow seems to rule with an iron fist, and I can tell the person playing the older president when to die, and when Snow should come into play.
Anyways, I'm requesting an area for the arenas.
