Food for a liquid diet? Nothing good D; I've never had to worry about it but I've never heard of there being anything even remotely tasty. Ensure?
...But I've heard that that crap is icky beyond all reason.

Yeah, my surgeon recommended ensure but I know a cheaper tastier alternative. Ovaltine! Srsly, that stuff is good.
My bf has a huge thing of chocolate protein whey that I'm going to steal from him too.
I'm not really worried about tasting good I just want to make sure I get all my vitamins and nutrients and stuff.

I'd be worried about the taste.
I have a bad habit of upchucking anything that taste TOO bad D; For that reason, I have difficulty taking some medications. I have to stoke myself up for like a half an hour or more before I can successfully take nyquil.
I've always been a seriously picky eater though- there's a lot of things I just can't eat because it just tastes REALLY gross to me >_< Gross to the point that I can't even get over it to the point of politely faking my way through it like a lot of other people seem to be able to do. Like, even fruit- I normally love fruit but there's a lot of fruit JUICE that I can't drink because I can taste the preservatives in it. It's terrible D8
