Choice Scarf boosts the users Sp. Att and allows only one move to be used.
Choice Scarf boosts the users Speed and allows only one move to be used.

no it was holding nevermeltice. i know cuz i got his pass.

i dont have all the details since we dont even know each other.
and i was playing PBR.
Edit: no he didnt have trick.

you see their passes and you can see their team. i looked at glaceon and it had, yet again, nevermeltice.

maybe somehow the speed didn't surpass, but was tied, doesn't it like alternate who goes first or something like that?

PBR won't allow Hacked POkemon =/ It's god a better detector then HG/SS does. It's most likely that it had Speed boosting item or ninjask went first missed/w.e and Glaceon killed =/
