what do you mean? he has nothing that notable. he just has a few wins, and kills hollows like most soul reapers.

so what, he has no training what so ever, he nearly gets killed with every fight he fights. while your a captain, you have more experience than him, you don't almost get killed every fight, and you have more wins. don't let the fact that he is human get on your nerves, plus he can't even use kedo, which is a skill every soul reaper can do.
