Zane flew away,
hoping Kana would be fine while he was gone.
"I'll be right back!" he shouted, flying away.

Kana started to walk the pain nearly unbearable. She kept walking until the house was just a dot in the distance. She slowly let herself fall to the floor. She laid there tired, sore and in pain surrounded by flowers.

Zane arrived about 10 minutes later,
with an oven and a fridge,
full with food.
He set up the kitchen inside the house.
"Looks great, huh Kana?...Kana?!"
He looked around and couldn't find her.
He looked outside and couldn't find her.
He flew high and saw a small dot in the middle of the field.
He flew down next to her.
"Kana, would you like to take a nap?
Are house is fully furnished now."

Kana was fast asleep in the flowers. Her chest rose and fell slowly.

He picked her up gently and flew her back to the house.
He sat her down on the bed.
"Ah Kana...my love..."

Zane rubbed Kana's forhead sweetly.
"Kana you've been through so much,
all for me.
I couldn't ask for a better mate."
He kissed her forehead and stood up.
He prepared some lunch.

Kana turned on her side sleeping soundly but even asleep her stomach still grumbled. It has been hard for her to stop dieting so she hadn't eaten all day.

and started to cook bacon.
He smiled when he heard her stomach grumble.
"Almost done."
he whispered to himself.

Zane took out two pieces of toast and finished the BLT.
He walked toward Kana and gently shook her.
"Kana, are you hungry?" he asked.

She woke up still half asleep. She smelt food and her stomach grumbled once more reminding her how hungry she was. But...I'm on a diet...she thought to herself.

"Please eat Kana. You're eating for two now."

Kana looked at the food then turned her head. "I-I'm not hungry...I'll eat later..." She started to turn and go back to sleep. The perfect way to battle hunger is sleep..."she thought to herself.

Zane frowned, sighed, and took a bite out of the sandwich.
"BLECK!"
He immediately spit it out.
"I'm a really bad cook." He said laughing.
He sat next to Kana and fell asleep.
