*salutes* Reporting!
I agree with the whole "at least one full paragraph" rule. The short post problem just builds and builds upon itself. The less one person writes the less the next person writes because there's not much to react to. I had that problem in another guild. The person I was RP-ing with did not write much (and even then, it was just thoughts of her character and no real actions), so there was nothing really for my character to react to or anything, so we ran into a huge RP block because of it. That particular guild is dead now, and it held such promise too . . . *sigh*

Well, there is this system on AIM that allows us to make a group JUST for us. Us the Bleach: Worlds divide guild.

Nope, no AIM. Sorry. I have Windows Live Messenger and Skype, though.
It makes me really sad when that sort of thing happens, too. That one was an Avatar: The Last Airbender RP, and a similar thing happened to a really good Kingdom Hearts RP (that we're still trying to resurrect, but the CPR, Life Bottles, and Phoenix Downs don't seem to be having much effect . . .).

Um last i knew, weren't Memnoch and I supposed to meet with the Arrancar in the Human world and be changed into Vizards? I understand that Memnoch hasn't been on lately.

And yeah basically what Ilya said. By the way, two things. Nice cosplay, and I'm wondering if you're accepting Quincies?
