Rio is nothing if not fun loving and lazy. He puts a new meaning to the words "Laid back".

Seeking A Particular Personality?:
Someone playful, energetic, not hyper or spazzy, though. They need to kind of counter-balance and mesh well with Rio's lazy/easy-going vibe. Someone he can lay around with, but also someone that can get him on his paws for a good game every so often. They also need to put up with his quirkyness, as Rio has some odd habits. For one, he randomly switches between "English" and "Spanish" ((Or, what we presume to be English and Spanish on Telk, might be called something else for all I/we know.)), he has conversations with water, talking aloud which in turn appears to be Rio talking to himself. He comes off as dense when he's actually very perceptive and has an extremely sharp eye, ear, and nose for detail. He's very good at reading others, but because he's very trusting as well that sometimes gets him into trouble.
He likes giving others the benifit of the doubt, and can ocassionally be fooled by some of the woods better actors.

Determined, Intellectual and occasionally unveils a streak of rebellion.

Seeking A Particular Personality?: Seeking those with a streak of rebellion within to ally with or a mate who have come to know the pains of betrayal and remorse; those who are compassionate, understanding and don't judge him for his past or his appearance. Tasubaa can become very edgey about his past and his loss of sight within his right eye but with friends or a companion he'd be able to at least feel normal and not just a drifting soul shunned by those around him.

Perferably not violent or crazy, must not be friendly with or dependant on humans. Strangeness is perfectly awesome. Mate (picky as always) would have a strong, perferably more solemn personality (although with a certain amount of comfortable gentleness underneath). Leadership qualities would rock, and a wolf who is clever is much more likely to attract Hati (although she will never swoon.
