i disagree with those people who seem to hate miley and call her a slut. shes growing up and no one can stop her from doing it and people need to give her a break she wants to give the message that she is growing up even if she has to do it using sexappeal but i just think she is showing people shes growing up in the wrong way she seems to forget that she still has some young girls looking up to her neutral but i dont think shes going to the dark side lol

Pros: Shes pretty and does have a sort of a nice voice

Cons: Not a very good actor (Hannah Motana is not a comedy show!) Not a very good rolemodel

Overall shes everything I said above but is also terrible at trying to keep her "Good girl" image
I dont think showing your underwear to your boyfriend is very necessary miley

But I know for a fact she is anything BUT a slut

Sure she might be pole dancing in public but I dont think that thought came into mind when she was dancing it
She doesnt make up these dances her producers does so if you think its her fault for having to dance around a pole your wrong
And its not really pole dancing (It will only be pole dancing if she was alot closer to the pole)

She mightve sent pictures of her underwear and apparently her boobs to people but thats all part of growing up
I think that was just wrong for the media to be even sending pictures to the whole wide world
Because thats very personal and invading her privacy (No wonder why she quit twitter)

Just because of a few silly teenager mistakes she is not considered a slut
You can judge her singing her acting skills but you cant judge the person she really is because truth is you dont even know not unless if you were her long lifetime BFF

And if she was truly a slut i think Selena and Demi wouldve pointed that out months ago when they startd hanging out with Miley Cyrus User Image

But either way i don't like her. I hate her. I think she's a dumb bimbo and a horrible role model. I don't get how so many people like her. That's like liking the Jonas Brothers!

my mom and i both agree she was better as a childrens singer.
i hate that song!!! miley has a rep to protect cause she is an idol to so many kids...... that song isnt the most appropriate song for her puplic( which a majority of it is elementaty kids) i dont know why she would do something so stupid, and i am kinda upset she even thought about singing that song!!!!! (I used to be one of her followers)

I disagree with those saying she's a slut as most things that came out in negative light were things that weren't supposed to be public, they were supposed to be private. A few things were not, for example the "pole dancing" which I really have no idea why people call it pole dancing as it was not. If you want to see real and actual pole dancing look it up so you can tell the difference.

I didn't mind her new music video and as my friend said, it wasn't really sluttish. Some parts may be a tad provocative but otherwise, it's not so much and the costumes. As someone interested in photography, GIVE ME THOSE PEOPLE WITH THOSE COSTUMES I WANT TO DO A PHOTOSHOOT NAO.

Otherwise, she chooses the path she wants to walk.

To think that I ever liked her >.<
She was ok when I was in 7th grade but then she started to wear less and try to tackle singing things other than country.

I dont hate her, because I never met her to judge her, but I just dont like what she has become. I used to look up to her, but Im glad I never followed her foot steps.

Just because she's growing up, doesnt mean she has to wear bed sheets everywhere.

and her new video reminds me of Disturbia by Rhiana(sp?) and Lady gaga.

I really hope she gets herself together, or she's just gonna end up like lindsay and brittany.

I watched an interview with her about her new sense of style, and she said it was because she's growing up and has maturing interests, or something silly like that. No one in their right mind should dress like that, whether they're seventeen or thirty.

Shes dressing like that because not only shes maturing interests or whatever her excuse is, but also because she doesn't want to be a disney kids singer. She wants to be one of those famous "adult" singers. Like Madonna or something.

But shes not at all succeeding, in trying to get out of the "teen" stars. She's still a singer for kids and definitely a role model.
How she dresses will affect her fans wardrobe and personality.
I won't be surprised if half of her fans are skanks

Meh. I hate how disney went. Walt Disney is probably rolling in his grave. First, Disney took away classics like Mickey Mouse, replaced 2D with 3D, and now most of the shows aren't even cartoons. They're tween fanservice.

Miley Cyrus is bound by a contract with Disney. People are going to critically judge her because she is supposed to be a role model to young children--even though she's older and exploring, her little kiddie fans are still watching-- and because her talent just doesn't live up to the fame.
