I can't think of any places you can go back to get ribbons you may have missed. But you can morph a Master Tonberry and get one. It would be best to get 3 this way.

There is one in the temple, I think there are two. But you can't go back to the temple.

Heres the thing when he uses the attack he confuses the party member and leave them on frog or very low hp. I cant heal when im confused or in frog and cloud has slash all and killed the whole party while confused most of the questions asked are already answered in the firsts posts

Then maybe you should just take Slash-All off. It might help you when fighting Bizarro Sephiroth. But if it ends up causing your downfall on Safer then you're better off without it.

I heard a rumor that the higher level you are, the tougher Sephiroth becomes, is that true?

yes when your a level 99 his hp triples (this also happens when you kill bizzaro sep with KOTR materia)

Here's something for ya.
Make sure that you have ribbons on all of them.
First of all make sure you cast despell to break the wall that he has. Then Cast Wall on your party. He will attack you a couple of times but to make things short...Cast Knights of the Round summon with your strongest member, Mainly Cloud. After the summon he'll be there for awhile before the things starts to flash. Hope this helps

You could just use vaccines on your party members to prevent status change.

How do I beat Bizarro and "safer" sephiroth without ultima weapon and withou a lot o' items?

to be hounest but this is the easy way out use KOTR on seph (all forms) and it will ko him in one hit

TJ Draco fyerolight oh ok I have an item that gives me a limit but noone is able to use it they all say I don't care its the all creation or something like that I think its for Aeris all creation is for yuffie she can only use it if she has all her other limits first though u don't need all of the other limit breaks u just need it to be up to lvl 3. and for ur problem go too cheatcc.com they have a thing that shows all of the places for best weapons, lvl 4 limits, and has a easyily understood guide to making gold chocobos
