Matsuo then teleported to another spot, he wasn't doing this because he was scared he was doing it because he was having fun, this time he giggled a bit but quickly shut himself up

He stopped as he pointed " 73 Soren Sokatsui" he said as two shots of energy shot out towards Matsuo

Matsuo quickly teleported out of his little hole and plainly visible in a random tree "now why do you have to ruin my fun? as the hokage i need a little relaxation"

Matsuo smiled "then i can have some relaxation fighting then! but i have only one rule, only one of you three can fight me. otherwise im leaving" he hopped down from the tree and waited for one of them to respond

Chiasa stared at the ninja who revealed himself as the hokage. Fun? What kind of ninja annoys someone to the point of battle? "Why are you here? I don't think your here just for some fun!" Chiasa knew that she was out of place here, two captains were more than enough to kill a ninja, but she wanted to be of some help. Simply spying on shinigami seems kind of......chiched

Matsuo stared at the girl "heh i wont fight you, i think my genjutsu would be to horrible for you to endure without going insane" he looked at the two captains "so which one is it going to be then?"

Matsuo smiled "very well then just give me a good fight" he studied the shinigami's movements just to make sure they didn't try to gang up on him
(btw you might want to read up on my powers k? because some involves eye contact when i use my Neo Byakugan so just read up on it so you stand a chance against me)

He slowly pulled out his Zanpakto's as he crouched down he looked him over he smiled "You attack one's sight don't you?" he said smiling as he looked at his featureless eyes

Matsuo chuckled "well until the new stage of Byakugan that was not true we were hand to hand ninja, now that i have achieved the new stage then yes" he looked at the shinigami "although i haven't got to fight a shinigami that challenged me yet so this should be interesting"
