Sinestro: Had a run-in with Iron Man at Stark and was chased away. He left for New York City but hasn't been seen since. You could probably bring him in wherever you want. Stark ~ page 13 - 15.Psycho Pirate: Was sent to the Chooser's Realm due to innactivity, like most of the other innactive characters for holding. He can be brought in wherever and whenever you'd like as well. 3nodding
