The Idea:
A Cult group has come together worshipping a leader, performing riturals and sacrificing gifts to their "God," the group have deludely developed the sense that a god has gotten mad at the small town of Inaba and sent demons to trap them in, so they came up with the idea that the solution is to kidnap 13 Citizens of Inaba and perform grotesque rituals to sacrifice them to make the "Angry God" happy and let the town be "free of their sins" When the 13 people have been kidnapped, who will have the guts to save those who will be sacrificed ?
