Okay then, maybe a bit more on how that mindset affects her actions? owo I know what she's thinking, but what's she doing with it?

Oh, okay, I see! I'm still a little neutral with her as a whole, to be honest. I feel like she has the emotional depth of a sandbox, and that's killing me. I know she'll fill out when I start playing her because she'll have motive at that point, but until then, she just doesn't strike me as 'deep' (not intellectually deep, mind, but characteristically deep) and it's getting to me like an itch I can't scratch. Her flaws aren't as exploitable as I want them to be. I can see how they can get her into trouble, but I don't see how others can use them to their advantage? Or if that should even BE a concern. She's supposed to be strong, shameless, mountain of a character, but I can't seem to dredge up the why or figure out if there should even be a method to that madness.

Does any of what I just said make sense? emo SHOULD THIS BE IN A PM idk but I really can't stand to go halfway on a character, especially Gloria.

If you're worried on the character development front, then maybe work one of her flaws so it's something she's supposed to generally get over or learn how to deal with better? It's something I did with Simon, and Janice has some implied-but-not-spelled out issues in her revise that are going into be played on as well.
Or in other words, think about her personality to GIVE HER SUM SEKRITS or personal issues she'll be dealing with when you write her. You could also consider making her an older character, so she could have some more extended backstory that explains why she is who she is -- not forcing you to do any of this, just some suggestions.
