Care to lengthen it abit?
Perhaps, make note that using the barrier technique requires you to spin in place, and that "Gentle Fist" isn't an attack, it's a style.

Why you Want It: Cause my character needs accuracy, and the eye allows the slowing down of time.
What do you know about it?:
Traits:
• Permits vision
• If you have 1 Implant: Add Raiton to your elements list. You may learn up to 8 jutsu of this element.
• If you have 2 Implants: You may learn up to 12 instead.
• If you have 1 Implant: Able to perform Raition techniques faster
• If you have 2 Implants: Able to perform Raiton techniques with one hand
Rules:
Effects of Akuten [Bad Weather] only last 5 posts •
No benefit for Raiton damage or reduction •

Yoshi lies atop a roof, waiting for his targets to get in range. The dossier on them said they had a body sacrifice sensor. Lucky for him long range was his specialty. He activated his Tenkougan. He took five coins from his pocket, shooting them all at his opponents. Due to his use of the Tenkougan, all hit his targets near simultaneously , killing them instantly. Yoshi sunk back into the darkness to report back to the Kage.

Why you Want It: He's a sniper, nuff said.
What do you know about it?:
Traits:

• Permits piercing vision
• Activating Implant requires only one hand
• Able to learn Gentle fist Style
Rules:
Field of vision is only 180 degrees (per eye) •
Range of vision radius shortened by 25% •
Cannot learn S-Rank Byakugan techniques •
Give Example of Rp with Implant:
Yoshi lies atop a roof, waiting for his targets to get in range. The dossier on them said they had a body sacrifice sensor. Lucky for him long range was his specialty. He activated his Byakugan. He took five coins from his pockets. He aims his first shot at the sensor's head. The coin hits dead on, and his head explodes. He then jumps of the roof and hits the ground running. He sees two in front of him. They are in a field running toward him. He crouched down, chucking another coin to his other hand and shoots them both down. The other two use a smoke bomb to try to cover themselves as they run into the forest behind the building. Yoshi follows them. He spins around and picks off the first one before he can get to the forest. Yoshi runs after the other one. The trees begin to get in his way. He sees the last target. He takes another coin out of his pocket. He then aim at two trees beside the target. Shoots them, cutting the clear in half. Both fall down, and crush the last target. Yoshi runs back through the forest, headed to report to the Kage.

Name of the Implant: Byakugan (Both Eyes)
Name of Receiver: Kogu Meelo
Why you Want It: Kogu is a Taijutsu user, who once was friends with a Hyuuga Clan member, on a mission his freind was killed and asked him to take his eyes as a way for his legacy to live on, so Kogu took his eyes. Or if you want the ration non RPC reason I think since the Byakugan is full it would be nice if he had something that could give him an edge in a world of Demons and Rinnengan users xD. He's also a Taijutsu Class Ninja
What do you know about it?: It's not as affective in the all around sight and has a lower sight rate of the chakra points. It permits vision, permits piercing vision, activating the implant requires only one hand, and enable's the user to learn Gentle fist Style. Is also unable to learn S-Rank Byakugan techniques.

Kogu stared down at his opponent, his slouch almost that of a London bridge. His opponent across the field staring Kogu down as he shook with a kunai in hand... Kogu was that boy who had the Byakugan in the Cloud village. He was not one to be messed with or taken easily... He stared into Kogu's inactive eyes as they were half mooned and had bags under them... they grey in his eyes seemed almost calm, and almost unharmed or even dangerous. The man flinched as Kogu lifted his hand up for a yawn, patting his mouth then looked forwards "Let's make this quick Kay?" The man gritted his teeth as Kogu, made the hand sign for Ox, veins appeared on both sides of his eyes and he dashed towards the man. The Man made a scuffling sound and shifted his foot work getting ready for the impact, he threw his Kunai at Kogu. Kogu shifted to the side in mid run and caught the Kunai switching it's direction and swung his arm stabbing it into a nearby tree. The shinobi backed up and made a hand sign "Bushin no Jutsu!" 5 clones appeared around him and they ran at Kogu, Kogu being Skinny and small slid between the clones and went right past them arriving at the man and jabbed the man in his stomach with his elbow, following up with a twist of the heels and an uppercut. As the man became wide open Kogu got ready and began to pluck away at the man's chakra points cutting them off. He pulled his palm back then smashed it into the mans chest... "Night'y Night..." the man's eyes began to dim, and he fell to his knee's coughing up some blood, he then fell unconscious.

I know it says that Sharingan is closed, but I believe some of the "users" are dead xd

Rika knew that it wasn't normal for Jinchuriki to have any kind of bloodline or implant, but she also knew that it was hell trying fight so many people that had these abilities and Houkou not wanting to help her because she wasn't up to his standard. But now was the time to put this new eye of hers to the test, an eye that she had stolen from that arrogant Uchiha boy.
Unlucky for her, he had only unlocked three tomoe before she obtained it from him. But that was alright, she'd learn how to unlock the rest and then she would become the most powerful Jinchurki in history. The thought brought a smile to her lips, though it was unseen behind her mask. Focusing, she activated the Sharingan and looked ahead.
Her foes were not even ninja, but that didn't stop them from trying to stop her from passing out of their lands. Somehow she had been transported nearer the Leaf than where she had been at in the Mist. While on her way, she met a doctor and he was...convinced to put her eye in. And he was working under the threat that failure meant the release of the Five-Tails. But these people were just going to needlessly die, all of them citizens of the Land of Fire.
A rock flew towards her while she was in her self-reflection and she watched it move as if in slow motion towards her face. Willing herself out of the way, she only just managed to dodge it and start forming her hand signs. Shadow clones, about four of them, were now standing beside her. "Alright...let's give them a taste of some elemental havoc." They each formed the signs for a powerful B-Ranked elemental technique and unleashed their moves upon the crowd.
All the clones closed their eyes, not wanting to witness the devastation and death she had caused. It wasn't that she couldn't handle it, it was more out of respect for the dead...

Why you Want It: Why would anyone want an implant? More power.
What do you know about it?: Everything needed.
Give Example of Rp with Implant:
Brigand didn't feel any different up to this point, he didn't even know what was going on. He had an accident as a child that injured his eye, but he didn't remember anything else after that. But here he was now, thirteen and surrounded by bullies in a little town outside of the Land of Fire.
He was able to protect himself well enough in a one on one fight, even a two on one...but there were four boys around him and they were taking turns hitting him until something clicked inside of him. He stood to his feet, a bit shakily, and looked at his opponents. Two of them reeled back, staring at his face in horror. The other two didn't seem to care and they charged.
Everything slowed down for him, in a manner of speaking, and he could see them moving in towards him like snails. His body wasn't moving much faster, but he knew like this he could win. Dropping his left shoulder and turning, he delivered a left hook that sent the first of the pair of boys sprawling to the ground. The took a right uppercut and a side kick to the stomach before Brigand had completely regained his confidence.
What he didn't know was, his left eye had turned red and had a black dot in the iris as well at the black pupil. It was the mark of the Sharingan being unlocked within him, but he didn't know what it was...nor where it came from...

Name of Receiver: Ichiro Mikami
Why you Want It: I want it bad because it would complement Ichi’s stealthy fighting style.
What do you know about it?: Byakugan is a Dojutsu / Kekkei Genkai that originates from the Hyuuga clan. as seen on the anime, Unlike Kakashi's sharingan Implant Ao (of Kirigakure who has a Byakugan Implant) is able to activate it and deactivate it at will.
Byakugan gives the user 360 degrees field of vision though as this guild stated. one Byakugan implant only gives 180 degrees.
In addition this dojutsu gives the user an ability to see through solid objects and gives the user a degree of telescopic sight.
This technique is mainly used by the hyuuga clan to see the chakra points of the enemy then uses gentle fist style to hit vital points of the enemy inflicting serious internal damages and/or stopping the chakra flow.
Give Example of Rp with Implant:
Ichi and two other chuunins was sent to a mission by the Mizukage upon a request to escort and protect a business lady who received several death threats from her competitor back from her home town. Ichi headed out with a promise to the Mizukage that he’ll accomplish the mission no matter what. The team headed out encounter no to very little problemts on their way. but as the team was just about to reach the client’s destination, An ambush was squad was just waiting around the corner. They were attacked by several rogue shinobis who was ordered by the client’s competitors to exterminate the business lady.
Ready the formation. Ichi told his teammates as they circled around the client, facing the in charging enemies. Ichi formed several hand signs then said Suiton: Mizu no Bunshin no Jutsu pulling out moisture from the air, he was able to draw out 3 clones to compensate and even out the numbers a little bit. As the fight goes on Ichi and his teammates drove and eliminated most of the enemies away. Though out of nowhere an enemy suddenly jumped beside the client with several explosive tags around his body WAHAHAHA!!! You’re dead now!!! the enemy said as he laughed insanely.
No!! Ichi yelled as he rushed towards his client, pushing her away then kicking the enemy shinobi on his gut sending him backwards. But it wasn’t enough to save the little boy from the impact of the explosion of the explosive tags. Ichi was not close enough to take the full blow of the explosion but he was near enough to get hit by its impact along with chunks of rock that the explosion created. The kid was hit by several of the bombarding rocks all over his body including the both of his eye. Ichi smashed to the ground rolling from the severe pain that he felt as everything around him was slowly turning pitch black. He pressed his hands over his face feeling a warm liquid dripping out of his eye sockets. Luckily, one of his teammates knew something about medical ninjutsu and was able to suppress the bleeding.
After the mission was finished, Ichi was escorted back to the village by his teammates and immediately brought him to the hospital for treatment. After hearing the story about Ichi’s injury, the Mizukage praised the boy’s courage and ordered a team of specialized medical ninja to implant a set of Byukagan eyes that the villages has in its possession as a reward for the bravery that Ichi demonstrated.
After several weeks of recovering from the accident, a jounin was asked to walk ichi through the abilities of his new set of eyes. The jounin thought him all the basics techniques that he needed to learn such as activating and deactivating it at will to be able to utilize the power of his dojutsu.
(that's the storyline about how Ichi recieved his byakugan that I made to happen somewhere in the near future)
