The team had strolled casually to the main hall when the bell had been rung. Albus was completely jaded to the concept of urgency, since the bell seemed to ring every time anything ever went wrong. While Tolin didn't agree with Albus's perspective, it didn't really matter either way if they took the extra minute.

The three entered shortly after the Tangrowth burst through the wall. "Arceus dammit there seems to be an attack every day. It's always some kind of mutant monster." ((Albus is really getting tired of this.)) "Why can't it be something normal? Something we can actually deal with instead of just throw ranged attacks at it until it gets bored and leaves?" Tolin and Puer shrugged non-committally in response.

Not that Tolin didn't agree to some point or another. Why did things seem to keep attacking the Guild? He understood Selena (she was just a b***h, anyways) but the number of mutant creatures and rebellious groups was getting out of hand lately. "Well, we should probably help them with it." "Yeah, yeah."

Albus spat out a few small blobs of water which he immediately froze and fired off in succession. The erratic flailing of the tentacles slapped many out of the air, though a few stayed true and reached their target. Tolin shifted forwards, his good scythe at the ready. Instead of directly attacking the mammoth creature, he stepped around the field using agility in bursts. Every stray vine was met with a pointed scythe.

Puer simply sat back, incapable of really doing anything to the large creature.

The Tangrowth shrieked from the onslaught of attacks and dropped Veronica. Armand raised his hands in the air and his eye sockets began to glow, soon a small orb of blue light formed between his hands and shot upwards in the form of lightning, it seemed to be sucked into a portal before disappearing completely, not much of an attack. Veronica was royally pissed now, her teeth were bared and she let out a roar as she charged at the thing. She quickly began to glow, brighter, and brighter until she was nothing but a pure white comet streaking towards the monster, knocking everyone and everything that was in her way. She soon reached the Tangrowth and smacked into it head-on, delivering a solid Giga Impact. Damon flinched at the sight of Veronica, he knew she could be fierce, but this was ridiculous! He jumped at the thing and jumped back, each time hitting it with a Shadow Claw, hopefully he wouldn't get noticed. Unfortunately he was, and the Tangrowth easily swatted him away with a single vine. Armand watched, on the ready to dodge any incoming attacks, as the blue lightning from earlier struck the Tangrowth on its head as a similar portal opened right above it.

Blade glanced sidelong at Selena, still hanging in midair while protesting fiercely, then the Scizor sighed and flew back into the air to cut the vines holding the Umbreon as well. Anything to get her to stop complaining.

Zaru jumped over to where Jonah was blasting back vines using Psychic, and the pair turned to the Tangrowth before firing a combination Flamethrower and Shadow Ball at the monster, instantly leaping in opposite directions again as more vines shot at them in retaliation. At this point, they had this sort of thing almost down to a science.




Tavian laughed at Altair's statement about the hospital, slicing through several vines using Metal Claw. "I 'ope so! I'm getting tired of worrying 'bout you!" he teased, whirling around and slashing another vine as he spoke.

Cael paused in his attacking of the vines at the Raichu's answer, turning and staring at the retreating rodent and then the Typhlosion as he spoke with a blank look of confusion. Wait, they were seriously dating? Were there no straight couples in this Guild anymore?!
The Pikachu sighed as his attention was brought back to the battle at hand by more attacking vines, which he quickly cut down with Night Slash. Eh, he could be negative about the state of affairs after all the a**-kicking was over.

Cerberus yelped and jumped back as the Ninetales started flinging fire attacks at him, mostly from surprise and embarrassment rather than pain, as his being a fire-type made the flames completely painless and even soothing. Man, he had to be tossed undignified into the pretty girl; what was he gonna say to her?
"Um, sorry. The vine was... y'know..." he mumbled sheepishly and barely discernable, lowering his head and glancing around awkwardly before distracting himself by blasting a Flamethrower at the Tangrowth.

As a veritable swarm of vines whipped their way, Rem frowned and grabbed the whimpering Ivy before quickly Teleporting out of the way of the attack. This was going to be a bit harder than he had anticipated... but nonetheless, they had to keep going, yes?

Tolin cut another vine down before sidestepping a second that shot at him. "This isn't getting us anywhere..." He quickly hopped back, the distance magnified unnaturally by a buzz from his wings. Exhaling until his chest felt tight, he swung towards heavily. The line of energy was paper-thin, but no less deadly for it. It struck the Tangrowth directly, slicing vines on it's way by.

Albus continued to use Icicle Spear, not at all amused. Puer kept sitting in his corner.
