O....kay then. He could deal with that. After all, he hadn't really been planning on paying a whole load of attention to the movie in the first place. Shrugging at her, he simply made himself comfortable on the sofa, which basically required him to cross his arms over his chest and sit back. This was probably the first night in a very, very long time that he hadn't actually scurried out of his apartment to hunt (the wedding night did not exactly count because, well, that was probably the one night the whole of the negaverse had been excused).
In all honesty, Rohan preferred books over movies, but in this sort of situation, he could see the benefit of the former, so he'd decided to wing it. No sooner did she hit play and sat down beside him that he noticed that he was indeed, in an awkward situation; he still had no idea what boundaries she was giving her (judging from the fact she'd chosen to sit near but not near enough to touch him... he wasn't even sure the girl wanted to set up boundaries yet), and he had no idea how to react to the situation on a whole.
Fortunately for him, Khalla took the decision for him and slowly snuggled up to him, moving his arm so it curled around her shoulder. He swiftly decided the movie could go to hell, and that he could, in fact, get used to this, even if the girl was stiff as a board ( he was apparently having less trouble than she was, though it was mostly because he'd actually taken time out of his busy weeks to imagine situations like the one he was in - after all, he hadn't really thought the girl would agree to this, so he might as well dream). It was only when he finally felt her relaxing down, that he moved, allowing his head to fall comfortably on top of hers.
Given the fact that the contact was actually having a rather lulling effect on him, it was a miracle he was still looking at the TV screen (albeit with hooded eyes), "You know," he finally murmured, "The day of the wedding, when we were dancing, I thought to myself... 'I can get used to this'. But I had no idea what I was thinking at the time," he let out a comfortable sigh, "Now this..." he made a small motion around the room, "This, I can really get used to."

Khalla only tensed slightly as Rohan leaned his head onto hers, finding that the position was only slightly odd at first. She hadn't ever been in a real 'cuddle' with anyone but her grandmother or parents before and it was taking her quite a while to relax into it and get comfortable with the feeling of his body so close to hers. There was nothing bad about it though - he was being the perfect gentleman he always was with her, and that was probably what helped her get to that point of acceptance so easily.
"Me too," she said quietly. As she said it she found that she wasn't lying about that fact, but instead she actually meant those two little words. She smiled as that thought crossed her mind and relaxed slowly against his side, welcoming for the first time the feel of his warmth as it pressed against her cheek. Her eyes were on the TV that flickered in front of her, her ears heard the words, but her mind was on the situation at hand. They'd come a long way from her frantic, nervous pacing in one not-so-long night.
Slowly, as the movie wore on (a movie that turned out to be a real drag), the pair passed out on Khalla's couch. It was a peaceful scene, the pair of them curled up comfortably together in each other's arms, completely unaware of anything else in the world.
In the end, the movie wasn't really that important anyway.
