I was born on 10th August 1991; I got as far as that I'm an electric type, and that the counter is #3. Now I'm stuck.

How did you figure out the nature and characteristic, Tentae?

Hoshi, you don't pick the hundredth digit place and your birth date.
You take the hundredth digit place (#0xx) and the Pokemon type, then count down from the first of that type.
You would've had been born on the fifth to get Staryu.
