What about....
Fushigi Yuugi (This is about a girl from the real word who was trapped on the book, she became the empire's princess and she was guarded by her warriors in her journey of finding all the 7 warriors of Suzaku)
Vampire Knight (This is about a girl who live as a simple person with a happy life, but behind that simple life she had is an immense secret the would unfold soon after she was old enough, she is loved by the legendary Vampire Kouran Kaname, a very sweet,caring and a vampire that would give her anything that she wants and Zero, silent, fierce, class A vampire but soon became a really powerful hunter and is secretly in love with her)
Kurozoka (This is about the first Vampire who fall in love to a human man, she is very beautiful and seductive, many among the bad people wants her for her capability of making a person immortal, the man love her back and they promise to be with each other forever, but fate would always separate them, then their journey begins )
Vampire Hunter D
(This is about the handsome and silent Vampire who made himself a vampire hunter, he hates vampires because of what happened on his past, but he is also a very powerful Vampire )
There's a lot more but for now this are one of the best anime that i can recommend but you can still ask for more.... blaugh blaugh blaugh
