Bringing the Daleks back kinda frustrated me because Moffett said he wasn't going to bring back old monsters. I mean think about it, the Daleks didn't show up every year in the old series, why do they show up EVERY YEAR now? They may be frightening but I'm getting a little tired of them.

This is one of the reasons he decided to change them. That episode would have been so boring without the change, if you think about it. I think I might begin to turn pro- new Dalek now.

Yeah, I'm glad that he changed them since, I guess, he had to bring them back.

I HATE the new Daleks. Why? Because they are, like Ewoks, the spawn of an evil marketing ploy.
See, the third of the original Star Wars movies was supposed to feature Wookies, but some wank decided they wern't cuddly enough to sell lots of toys, so, voila, Ewoks! *barfs*
This is why we have multiple, technicolor Daleks with big butts: to sell more toys.

I didn't really think about it all that much. I liked the "ironside" Daleks better, but I'm ok with these.
