Assuming you mean the area with the tree presented in the introduction (since you've not stated going anywhere else) would you like to fill in what the surrounding area looks like?

It's very dry and generally hot and receives little rain. There are bushy hills (some say they're filled with gold) and some decent sized mountains that surround a great mostly flat basin that's unnaturally forest-y given the climate. Wild animals include coyotes, lizards, snakes, mountain lions, bears, pigeons, hawks, owls, rabbits, gophers, raccoons, opossums, cows, pigs, ducks, horses and squirrels. There is a great ocean near by but you need to go over the mountains to get there. Wild fires, earthquakes, and mudslides are hazards common to the area. The tree mentioned is actually not native to the area but comes from the North, how it got here no one knows. It's said to be the tallest tree in the world though which makes it a spectacle for anyone in the area. smile

I expect suitable accomodations. And a dragon.
Been on gaia a lot more than I have in past years. It's nice. But I'm more obsessed with gold now that EIs and MCs are ridiculously expensive on the marketplace.

If you want accommodations, you have to write them in yourself talk2hand I'm an author, not an architect.
Dragons have been done though- they're all over the place, help yourself.
I've always hoarded items on Gaia but I've never been too worried about how much gold I have. I like having as many options as possible when it comes to dressing my avatar.

I buy a few when they first come out and sell them when they're still nosebleed expensive so that I can get the items I want when they're deflated. Most of the other things I've had for a long time or obtained through friends that have left the site.
This is an old account though, and I've had lots and lots of time to hoard.
Also- I don't write houses for other people because I don't know what they want in their houses or what they want style-wise. I could scribble 'Talon's house' but then it would just be a stick figure drawing, two dimensional, and you wouldn't be able to get inside D;

Talon It's nice. But I'm more obsessed with gold now that EIs and MCs are ridiculously expensive on the marketplace. interessting those crazy items make me less interested in gold/wealth on gaia really these days it's like pay $10 and you're an instant millionaire

Heh. I've never cared so much about value so much as about being able to make myself look pretty xp The avatar dressing system was always my favorite feature, even back when I joined and didn't have squat.
