"Pears..and what else? I know of apples an owanges but not these.." The girl murmured before poking about the plate again and starting to taste the new fruits. Sure she had a big appetite, but she as also very curious about the food she was eating and it wasn't too helpful that they got the same things over and over again at home. It's not really fun to have raw hot dogs every day for lunch when it seemed like it was the only thing available that was food.

Victor looked again as saw the other type of fruit Moira had been poking at. "Oh those, they're grapes. There is even more than one type of them." Some adults found it annoying to be questioned over and over by children but Victor wasn't feeling that at all. In fact he was finding rather cute to help the little girl out. "Wait until you try desert."
At the mention of desert the twins both stop eating and squealed. "Desert!" They both screamed and jumped in their seats.

Moira nodded, eating the grapes, "They taste like raisins." She states as she eats them all up and then starts on the chips, looking up at the older male figure with a confused look. "Dessert.. after lunch?" She asks, another confused look on her face. At least she had heard of dessert before, so that made explaining a little bit easier.

Victor laughed a bit from the girl's replies. "That's because grapes become raisins and as for the desert, you'll only get some if you finish everything." In the last bit of what he said he wasn't just talking to Moira but the twins who were lagging on eating. Looking over to the picnic basket he moved it over to himself as he soon brought out tiny looking shortcakes, enough for everyone and even two extra. "Have you every tried these?" He asked, looking directly at Moira. "My whole family likes them but I think my partner loves them the most." As the older male said that a loving smile grew on him and he stared nearly in a daze at the cakes.
"That why you call mommy Shortcake." Akira replied then taking a huge bite from his sandwich.
"Huh? Oh well no. There's another reason. It's cause when I met your mommy he was so short and sweet that it makes me think of a shortcake. Still is." He laughed with a slight smirk as he thought about the past a bit.

The girl nodded as she got the new and interesting information, smiling a little as she finished the fruit salad and went on to eat the chips. Even without the incentive of dessert, she would've eaten everything, including the plate. "I don't think I have.. I don't get many sweets.." Moira says sadly with a cute pout.

"Really now. Well you will today and you seem like you'll be the first to try it." Chuckling his manly chuckle he soon turned to his plate and went to taking monster like bites.
"Lucky." The twins said and laughed as they two tried to finish what was on their plate to get to the prize.

"Okay.." Moira said in a surprised manner as she finished all of the food that was on her plate, looking at the now empty paper plate, as if she was going to eat it, which she nearly did. Remembering the last time that she was caught eating a plate, the girl set it down and reached for a shortcake, wanting to know what it was like. "C'mmer..." She whines, falling onto the table as she attempted to reach for the small cake.

Chuckling lightly from seeing Moira not being able to reach the cake he pushed it a bit closer to her so she could reach it. "Let me give you a fork." Reaching into the basket he pulled out a small fork and gave it to Moira.
"Oh you gotta tell us how good it taste." Added Akira as he was now starting one his fruit.
"You know how it taste Akira. You and the others have had it many times." Victor laughed and continued on with eating the little bit of food he had left on his plate.
"I know but I want to know what she thinks of it."

The girl stuck out her tongue, taking a bite of the shortcake and devouring it within a matter of moments, showing that the food had been good, but she had been too hungry to care about how good it was. When Moira was hungry, taste didn't matter, as long as it stayed in her stomach it was all good.

The small group just watched as Moira devoured the cake, that had an almost shocked to their faces. Silence was soon broken with Victor let out a large laugh. "You can sure eat. Not like all the other girls. If you want you can have another. You should try savoring it though." Pushing another cake in front of the girl he hope that this time she would try to savor it.

"But 'm hungry.." She whined, though she didn't accept the cake, "and I wont take it, they hasn't had their cake." Moira states with a firm nod, meaning the twins. She didn't want to eat anything extra until the twins and Victor had finished eating. Sure, she didn't do that much at home, but she usually ate on her own.
"You invited me, you should get the extrees."

Again Victor laughed but it was at how cute the girl acted at that moment. "You shouldn't worry to much. There's almost done and we have a lot of cake left over at our house. Right boy!"
Quickly both the boys shoved whatever food they had left on their tablet before lifting it above their heads. "Right and we're done!" They said together as they were both handed a cake.
"There you go boys and again it's ok just eat it. You said you've never really had it so enjoy it." Giving a smile he went back to his food which were just a few more bites left.

Moira smiled a little, "Thank you." She said cheerily before taking the other cake and digging into it, this time she took her time. As she ate, she hummed to herself, as well as doing a little happy dance. "I never payed attention to the taste before...!"

At the moment Victor was enjoying his very own piece of cake, nice and slowly when Moira spoke about how she never payed attention to the taste. "It's it better now?" He questioned, taking another bite of his cake.
"Way better if you eat it slow. Last longer too." The twins replied as they too slowly savored the taste of their cake.

She nods, soon giggling at the twins. When she finished her second cake, she set the fork and the empty plate down, looking up at the sky and sighing softly. "I.. should get home.. before they notice I'm gone.." Moira whispers the last bit, mostly to herself.
