Ahem... for the new leader of Hueco Mundo I plan on making him a Vizard/Arrancar. You remember in the anime that while Ichigo was undergoing Vizard training, his body slowly devolved into a powerful hollow in direct response to his losing battle with his inner hollow. Now, visualize a powerful Shinigami-- Commander General level if possible-- undergoing the same training, only this time he failed. The result, as I imagine it, is a powerful Vasto Lorde hollow that still has a lot of hollows to devour to become an arrancar. Now, let's say he does so and gains strength greater than any Vasto Lorde that has ever existed, and then he evolves into an Arrancar. The resulting creature would have both Arrancar powers and Vizard powers, since the hollow has merely subdued the Shinigami and has not discarded him, resulting in a sort of perfect spiritual being. The hollow breed comes in pairs, one is the carrier, a large hulking hollow that is immune to any damage soldier class Shinigami can inflict and is resistant to officer class attacks. The other is a parasitic like creature that pierces a Shinigami's chain link and forcefully infects the host's spiritual energy with his own, resulting in the creation of an inner hollow, made stronger than the Shinigami by the parasite hollow, resulting in a rogue Vizard-- or rather a failed Vizard attempt.

I really like that idea Dante, actually. [Yes I've not been here in a while > _> Sue me] it's an interesting thing, however if we are going to make that new 'Main Arrancar-thing' [or perhaps just use Tomomi Shikoku ;D] we are going to need to write the back story for all of that prehistory, because I really can't see doing an Arc for that.
In that 'Resurrection Arc', when you write that 'Shinigami abductions' would you, by chance, be referring to those parasites in your later post or just abductions for no reason? I'd really rather like to see random Shinigami becoming like Kaien but instead of going on some sort of rampage and killing a bunch Shinigami, they can't contain it's raw power and are just disintegrated to reishi a few minutes after it being integrated. All that is left are the robes and such, and we could have the 12th Division investigate and all that good stuff, and find some evidence to go on about the parasite. That was we can venture into HM and have some RP-ing done there to find the new cause, in turn learning of the new Espada and the new Hybrid thing.

The history for the main-arrancar can be left to me. I can simply also write it off that with the threat the Exaequere gave off, the Shinigami forgot about the Arrancars.
The Shinigami abductions will be carried out by the parasite hollows, and yes Kaien-like Shinigamis do sound interesting. I was thinking of making them look somewhat like what Ichigo appeared as when he was losing to Hollow Ichigo, perhaps we can have two Vizard failures, the first class could be the Kaiens and the second class could be the Vizard failures.
As for the investigation team, I had planned a team composed of various Shinigami from different squads with one or two Captains leading them, I still do not know who they will be though.

No, no, I don't plan on anyone else becoming a Vizard except Hei-- unless Taiga has other plans, of course. The investigation team will simply be held hostage.

Why can't you reverse that idea and do something... I dunno. You're all for Arrancar rights, yet you're writing our Primera out of the story almost. -shrug-

Well, I mean... You're creating a new character to lead HM, when it's abundantly clear that our resident Primera wants to do it himself. Maybe you could make it so the Primera became the perfect hybrid. These are just the musings of a sleepy tiger though. You made me post, after all.

Anything I have an idea for involves reorganizing the ranks because I hate the word Espada & the numbers 0-10 now.
Iunno about hybrid, but I might do something to explain a new form, since fighting as a dragon is notoriously hard. That's just me though.

Iunno about hybrid, but I might do something to explain a new form, since fighting as a dragon is notoriously hard. That's just me though. Oh? What would the ranks be then? Well I was reading your bio to try and find a way to squeeze it in, but I have not yet found a plot hole in it. Hmm... perhaps something like Metastacia.

I can't tell you how many times that bio has been copied, I don't even read that thing anymore.
I have to redo my whole profile anyway, so things can be worked in.
My 2 cents is that my character will want to violently murder anyone who just shows up and claims to be the leader by means of plot armor.
