Celia has the curious lineage of being part pokemon(Espeon) and part AI(Theta Persei), though she is a pokemon like her mother...Celia is super sweet and a bit shy...In fact she only really knows her family and Colorado who she takes weapon's lessons from. She's been in my hoard for a bit now and needs some (purple) plots...Anything really...

OH! I forgot! Because Celia is Espeon's daughter, SHE HAS MIND POWAHS! But like all Poke-noodles it's not strong. She can only psychic small objects(rocks, pens, stop bullets, ect) maximum. She doesn't use them often but they pop up every now and again(mostly when she's bored or alone). o^o

I am throwing Avia at Sophiette for friend/family plots for Avia is Zeru's wifeh!.. and she should meet more of his family o3o She gets along with everyone {so far}, is good natured, and childlike. Random thread RP or even some guild rp could be interesting. o3o
