This petition needs a net of 15 positive votes before being considered, currently it has 13 net positive votes...
15 gross positive votes minus 2 gross negative votes is a net of 13 positive votes...

I can see your point and indeed random DNA digivolving could be a bit "unfair" for some.
I shall think of a way to fix this issue.
And Draco, you are crew. what's the point of me promoting you before?
You can immediately pm me about things which should be changed so that we could hold a meeting/discussion or you could already change what you think should be changed.
Just remember to place a change log in the mod forum.
I think petitions would be more useful to members since they do not have the power.
