Hey, he liked his cape. It had a hood.
Laocoon made an appropriate frowny face when he was told to 'get in line.' Why couldn’t they just time out for a teeny bit? It would only take a second. Once he had figured out why these two senshi were fighting he could figure out the appropriate solution to their troubles. Unfortunately, it looked like Libra was using her I-know-you-therefore-you-are-on-my-side card, which meant it really didn’t matter which girl had thrown the first punch. All that mattered was the blonde wanted (needed?) his help and he couldn’t exactly her deny it to her.
Alas.
"Yes ma’am, I shall be the pinnacle of usefulness," the cavalier promised as he put a hand on his sword hilt. Magic against weaponry was always a little sketchy. Add on to the fact that he was unbonded, the Snare’s abilities were virtually nonexistent, meaning that he could either kill her or pommel bash her. Neither option sounded very nice if he was being completely honest with himself. Still frowning, the cavalier moved to intercept Tisiphone’s kick, half-drawing his rapier and bracing the flat side against his wrist. The contact was enough to jar him, forcing Laocoon to take a stumbling step backwards to absorb the momentum. Launching a counter attack would require him to draw the weapon out entirely which, in such a confined space, didn't seem like such a good idea. Still, he needed to get Libra out from behind him, and thus he drew the rapier out straight in front of him in the hopes it would force Tisiphone back.
"You know I would really prefer if we could just talk this out."

Even Libra had to pause to admire Laocoon's swordsmanship. Despite the fact the cavalier appeared at the most inappropriate times, he did seem to have a certain level of usefulness about him. The Zodiac might even come to appreciate his ability, someday, if he stopped arriving just in time to show her up.
Alas indeed.
"You know, Laocoon," she relied, irritation already subsiding as she stepped out from behind her knight in shining armor, "I am fairly certain there is no way we can peaceful resolve this confrontation. I am not giving her my starseed. I am not going to let her have anyone else's starseed." Libra was pacing forward, eager to get another hit in before the power equilibrium wore off. She growled and swung, both her scales aimed for one of the blond's knees. Aware the equilibrium would where off at any moment, the Zodiac braced herself and glanced towards Laocoon.
"Are you still undecided?"

Tisiphone found herself even more irritated now that Mr. Knight-in-shining-armor decided to step in. She hated uneven battles, if only for the fact that she only really trained in one-on-one situations, and that was with the now deceased Nova. She also really didn't care for the pointy sword being drawn.
The scale clipped the side of her knee, and while not enough contact to make her fall, it certainly didn't feel pleasant. She held up another dark orb, threatening to slap her face with it by means of a glare. The void stayed, however, and Tisiphone smiled, "Perhaps just a few quick question and answer, then? I'd be willing to walk away for such. Libra, dear, how is it you have a weapon? And anyone you report to that I may file a complaint to? And does-- Laocoon, was it?- have any goals? As a cavalier of course. Lets not have any sarcasm of how you two wish to win the nobel prize."
If she couldn't face two-on-one, she was willing to take the next best option, assuming she could get away with it. They were harmless enough in terms of questions.

"You make a very valid point," Laocoon admitted, lowering the weapon when Libra moved to attack. Two against one wasn't exactly fair, but that didn't mean he couldn't intercede a little to tip the balance of... haha. Oh Libra. "Undecided? Mmm, not quite. If I was undecided I wouldn't have joined in the first place, would I Thought perhaps it is better to peacefully admit defeat and go our separate ways?" Had it been a Negaverse agent, it was doubtful the cavalier would have thought twice about joining Libra's valiant crusade. The fact that it was a senshi – though a very odd and slightly morbid one – made things that much more difficult. One never knew which senshi Nehelenia would choose for her next sailor scout. He could be looking at the next Hermes host, which made damaging her a rather unpleasant thought.
Tisiphone's eagerness to parlay was refreshing. Her questions, however, were rather odd. The cavalier tilted his head, clearly honestly pondering the things he had been asked. As for Libra's weaponry he hadn't the slightest idea. He'd chalked it up to her being from an alternate court. However that was her question to answer and not his. He wasn't about to go answering other people's questions. At least, not yet.
"Well if I was going to be completely honest, I'd have to say I'd really like to expand my Risk Empire beyond Russia and China. Not that those two countries aren't good enough, but there's really no point in playing the game if you're not in it to win it, you know?"
Funny thing was, Laocoon was about as serious as a heart attack.

Though the power equilibrium had worn off, Libra still felt confident in her odds. It seemed her cavalier (it was hard not to think of him as hers when he kept showing up whenever she needed him) was finally taking the correct side (hers, as though there was any question). Irritating as Laocoon might be when he ran his mouth, there was no denying his talents when it came to the battlefield. He was a...suitable ally, for lack of better term.
"File a-" Libra paused, glancing between the dark senshi and her partner of the moment. The battle had just taken a complete one-eighty, just when she had gotten the upper hand! Lips curled back into an unpleasant snarl, she shook her head violently, strands of blond slipping away from her updo. "The identity of my captain is none of your business." Honestly. As though she would sell out Aries! "And neither is my weapon, quite frankly." She had been given her scales, and that's all there was to it.
"Now, Tisiphone. This is your only warning. Cease and desist immediately, of I will be forced to disable you myself." Senshi or not, this one was clearly working for the wrong side.

Having no prior knowledge of even the existence of a game called Risk, Tisiphone could only give a suspicious stare, "You're plotting a world wide takeover?" He didn't strike her as the world-dominating type, so she dismissed the thought with the wave of a hand.
"Oh dear, not even willing to compromise by giving information?" The dark senshi gave a dramatic sigh, "What do they teach senshi these days. Obviously not manners."
With no warning, the dark senshi swung her hand and let loose a void. She was aiming it to go in between the two to separate them, intending on taking a fist to the senshi's face before Mr. Knight could react.

Laocoon grinned a Cheshire grin. "Oh yes. World wild takeover is the object of the game. You've never played? I could teach you, if you want…." Though maybe not. Libra wasn't making friends with this senshi and if he wanted to stay on the Zodiac's good side it was probably best to avoid making friends with her enemies. Thus, when his blonde ally signalled the time for talking was over he adjusted his stance to keep the sword between himself and Tisiphone. Time for round two already? Bummer.
There was no time to plan – the cavalier couldn't help but grumble inwardly about this – which meant he would have to do this battle Hector-style. Hooray for sword swinging and yelling (the excitement was overflowing). Laocoon barely had a moment to shoot a glance at Libra before he dropped one shoulder and charged for the void. The blonde was the only one who could land a hit on the senshi without killing her. In order for her to land a hit, he needed to keep her distracted. And nothing said distracting like a sword.
The void hit at shoulder level, taking off a chunk of his uniform and the flesh below it. Laocoon flinched, a pained noise audible through his clenched teeth. Well now he knew what the void did. Attempting to close the distance between himself and the corrupted senshi, the cavalier began a series of quick jabs to try and throw her off balance. If he could keep her focus on him then Libra would have a better chance of landing a hit.

Oh, but wasn't Laocoon ever the gentleman, taking hits for a lady? Were Libra not so irritated with the entire situation, she might have had a sharp comment, something witty, but there was no time for that. Laocoon took the void (presumably so she wouldn't have to, but the Zodiac was not willing to examine what that might mean) and Tisiphone's attention, so in moved the blond.
Coming in from Laocoon's right, Libra catapulted her scales forward. While the Senshi of Balance rarely separated herself from the golden weights, the opportunity seemed ideal to sling, and hopefully, the cords would wrap themselves around the dark senshi's legs and bring her down. However, she'd learned better to depend on that idea alone, and swung a closed fist right at the blond's jaw. The battle had gone on long enough.

Sailor Tisiphone could barely keep on her toes to avoid the sharp blade that kept jousting through the air to meet her, much less realize that the other senshi had swung her scales forward again. Amidst her prancing, the scales hit her leg full on, the momentum carrying them to wrap around. She had had one foot up to make a step back, so it only wrapped out the one leg, however it caught the ankle of the other, making the dark senshi lose her balance.
She fell before Libra's fist could make contact with her face, but little good that did as the ground seemed to do the same job as she hadn't twisted to put her hands down first. Tisiphone rolled across the ground to try and avoid any further hits, barely managing to stand upright into a defensive position as she shook off the scales.
Chin aching like the devil and now grumpy, Tisiphone patted down her skirt of the collected dirt, "Never was fond of a being outnumbered." She huffed, then broke into a grin, "How very Negaverse like. You should check us out one day. Make a good fit."
Tisiphone stepped back. She hated teleporting since it was such a drain of energy, but the senshi doubted they wouldn't give pursuit if she was to flee on foot, "But I see you two have some making up to do, so perhaps another time, hm? 'Til then."
With the pull of the Negaverse energy, the senshi disappeared. She had only moved a few streets down, but after sliding on the silver power filter bracelet and holding in her power as much as she could, Tisiphone figured it wouldn't be quite as easily detectable. She glowered back in their general direction, then broke into a jog the other way, fading into the shadows.

Laocoon's eyes darted to Libra as she pressed her advantage, giving one final jab before he pulled back. Two attackers, both with different weapons, would only complicate things. Nevertheless, he couldn't help but give a little cheer when the scales hit home and toppled the dark senshi. The blonde had excellent aim. He had to say, he was suitably impressed.
The double assault proved to be more than enough for their opposing senshi, and before the cavalier could attack again she'd disappeared. "Oh man, she can teleport? That's not fair," Laocoon grumbled as he examined the space that she'd previously occupied. It was no illusion; Tisiphone was most definitely gone. Well, at least the battle was over now with only a few minor injuries. Speaking of which--
"Owie," Laocoon said rather lamely as he pressed his fingers to his shoulder. There was a nice chunk out of the flesh there, his black uniform masking any of the blood. "You wouldn't happen to have a band aid on you? Perhaps even some gauze?" The cavalier craned his neck awkwardly to try and get a better look at the injury. "She really got me good~."

"The nerve," Libra hissed, striding over to where Tisiphone stood only moments before to retrieve her scales. Now they had a knot in the cord, of all things. The Zodiac sighed, tugging at the tangle speculatively before regarding her makeshift partner with a frown. (Laocoon should be glad it wasn't a scowl; clearly he was moving up in the world.)
"Do I look like I carry first aid kits around on me? Honestly." The blond frowned, stepping forward to swat at the Cavaliers hand when he began to poke at his wound. "Stop that. You will get an infection, and then you will be of no use at all." Libra sighed, only remembering her own void-related wound then. Her white glove had been stained deep red; it was already beginning to get sticky and sting. She'd need to clean out her wound as well.
"Stop by my place before you vanish into the night, Cavalier. I will fix it up for you, if only because I doubt your ability to contort yourself in such a way to reach the injury yourself."
