Calelith As you were, I was Ze cane I would steal
The sparkles are to help prevent scamming. All the premium items (CIs/RIGS, MCs, EIs, and aquarium items) glow to help for that reason. In roughly a week we should have the ability to turn it off as what Lanzer said in the AtA Monday.

And depending on where you get the premium item it sparkles differently. As I am, you will be How do sparkles prevent scamming out of curiosity? Also I would steal Jekyll's Mortality it blends with my avi very well.

We frequently run into users who think they are being traded a Premium Item, or buying a premium item from the Marketplace, when in fact they are being given/buying a gold shop item. Now you can authenticate the item you are receiving/buying just by seeing if its icon sparkles – if the item icon doesn’t sparkle, it is not a Premium Item and you may not be getting what you bargained for. (Take *THAT* “Winter Rose” scammers!)
