As if to prove he was fine he pulled himself to his feet and headed over towards his Guitar Hero controller. Surely playing his favorite game would make everything better, right?

Z sighed a worried sound.
"if it hurts...can we at least take you to a doctor? I just..." He flopped over onto his back on the bed giving up.
"just...you know I wouldn't do that right?"

"Please just...I'm fine man. I promise? I just...don't want to sleep. No more dreams, I'll just stay up. You can try to sleep if you want..."
He yawned. It didn't matter, he wasn't going to sleep anytime soon. Instead, he was starting up Freebird on Guitar Hero. Though it had a slow startup, the song moved onto a much harder part a few minutes in. Demy could play it on expert, and he told himself one day he'd be able to play it perfectly. Tonight seemed like a good night to get some practice in.

"... hand me a controller..." Zac said and moved carefully, and with respectful distance to take a controller.
"I need to learn it anyhow... for that outing I promised right?"
It wasn't like he was going to get back to sleep tonight anyhow, right?

This was enough to make Demy quit playing Freebird and stare over at Z. On the screen the crowd booed. For once he didn't care.
"Teach you? ...Of course Z-man! Cmon, lemme pick you out something easy to start out on!"
And thus, while the rest of Hillworth slept (or suffered through their own nightmares), Demetri Wright and Zac Bantock sat up until morning, rocking out like true Guitar Heroes.
