Uhh. Cut the hair Shorter not to short but Like shoulder length Dye it A natural solid color Light brown is always a nice color. Then use acne medcine and take a shower often. Oh And don't have your hair cover one eye. It's like you are trying to hide your face because your ashamed which is unattractive. Some girls pull it off some just don't. Just try to keep it from covering the whole eye.

Then I bet you anything you will be beautiful. I don't have a current picture on me with my hair cut so can't show myself really.
