"Yes yes now you got it" Yusi smiled "There was one more thing" She walked over to Noemi. She then stands Noemi straight up on her toes going down she pull's one of Noemi's legs out past a 90 degree angle and then extends Noemi's arm far out infront of her "You should practice this on either foot, it will strengthen your legs and also help you achieve more flexibility" Yusi smiled letting the girl try it without her help.

Noemi smiles, and nods. She had to put her foot down a few times, she was just naturally unbalanced. "I probably have to work on balance to, now that I'm getting back in to ballet again."

Noemi joined her, more stretching couldn't hurt. "So what am I supposed to do?"

"hmm well when more student's join and if they want to learn Ballet, but have never done ballet before I would like you to teach them the diffrent movements involved with ballet" Ms. Yuri said finishing her stretches.
