"But how? We don't have the materials or the shape."
"We'll figure that out. Doctor I need you go inside your TARDIS and find us that safe in which we kept the Key to Time. And I need it prompto."

Romana looked shocked. So did the 13th Doctor, "And to think I consider her a friend. No don't, Romana, I think we might need him. I will recreate the Key, and using it's powers set the universe right. But tell me why you called him Lord Senator or else I will lock you in your TARDIS with no dematerialization lever!"
He was screaming in the 15th Doctor's face now.

He entered his TARDIS, the key was working again probably some defense in Dalek ships, and Romana followed.
"Doctor what are you doing?"
"Getting the necessary items."
"What do you need me for?"
"The TARDIS likes you, she might tell you where things are."
"Ahh. But what exactly are you looking for?"
"First off some artron energy stores."
"You don't know where those are?"
"No, she wouldn't tell me."
"Found them."
"What?"
