"Hmph. Eating cake and socializing is not what I would consider fun. My priorities are just fine, thanks."
Seth then looked down at the Jirachi as it clung to him, smearing icing on his nice clean uniform. He tried to shake the thing off.
"Would you mind?" He asked, casting an irritated look at his former partner.
Both Seth and Nikki winced at the blaring sound from the dancing machine.
The blonde girl weaving through the crowd and sneaking a piece of cake before moving to keep the wall company. Like a proper wallflower.

A call caught his attention. It was Kofuku, at least he wouldn't be alone at this party. Not that he really minded, the game system was being set up, by a strangely familiar agent. He just couldn't place where.
He waved but didn't walk over, she was dancing, not something he was terribly interested in. That and he had cake to eat. Watching a moment, he relized she could not dance at all.

Taking a few moment to look around the room, noticing right away just how many of the rockets there she recognized. more then she did a month ago, that was a good thing.
Faleen smiled softly when Kofuku started dancing, watching her but not moving herself, since she was still hurting. When Kofuku called out to Panther though, Faleen blinked slowly, looking over at the tall grunt sitting by the tables, Faleen didn't look as enthused as her friend was. she made no expression or comment to detour Kofuku however.
With a slight start at the sudden burst of noise from where the TV and games where, Faleen turned her wider surprised eyes over to see what the heck the rockets were doing over there. "that startled me" she spoke to Kofuku, spotting Hayes setting up some kind of video game.

TRP rolled her eyes and plucked Hoshi off Seth's arm, "C'mon, I heard that dance game is fun. Don't be a stick in the mud." She gave Seth a little jab before crossing the room to inspect Hayes' gaming contraptions.

Ezekiel flinched at the loud call out from the dance machine, thought he wasn't startled for long as he heard the sound normally associated with teleporting, just right afterward. He blinked a couple of times as he saw the mewtwo teleport back, holding a bottle with both hands. Ah, he was getting a drink, for a moment the scientist thought the sound had actually startle P.H.. Of course, that calmness lasted two seconds because suddenly the mute realize his pokemon was holding a beer. He snatched away and glared, mouthing an angry 'no'. Yeah, last thing he needed, a drunk powerful psychic......

A look of disappointed came over her face when Panther didn't come over to join them, but she shrugged it off and turned her attention back to Faleen. Letting out a small yelp of surprise when the TV and games burst out in noise, she laughed and sighed. "Got me too, Faleen..... Hey, lets go talk to Hayes... I mean Agent Hayes. I'd get him some cake, but somehow I don't think he'd trust me with it..." Nina let out a snort, debating to follow her trainer or just to go find a hiding spot to watch the party from. There was a small, scratching sound from the vents, and out dropped a pikachu. Landing on the floor and shaking bits of dust from himself, he looked around, grinning. He smelled food and lots of it; Gizmo had arrived to the party!

Seth grunted irritably at the jab and just folded his arms stubbornly, seeming to not have any intention of moving. Not even wild Rapidash could drag him over there! The Elite seemed determined to not have any fun.
Although that lasted all of two seconds.
Eventually he glanced at TRP's back as she walked towards the machine.
After a few more moments of pause, he quietly shuffled after her.

A Trainee walked past Akemi, holding a tray of Slowpoke cookies. The Grunt took two, giving the other girl a sympathetic smile and thanked her before disappearing into the crowd. Some people had already started dancing, it seemed, and the pale girl stopped for a while to watch, absent-mindedly taking a bite out of the cookie, ending up snapping its tail. How ironic.
She'd never really danced. It wasn't a skill that was required as a Trainer.. nor in the organization, really. She wasn't a Coordinator, so why bother learning? It was pleasant to watch others, though, if they knew how to dance, for those people seemed very graceful on the floor. Maybe one day she'd try it out.. just not today. Today she just wanted to take it easy, maybe try some of those video games she noticed Hayes had been setting up.
Rei kept looking around curiously, its ears moving in all directions as it listened to the chatter of people and pokémon alike.

She stopped dancing and walked away. she must be mad at him or something, couldn't she see the cake in his hands? he wasn't dancing. Suddenly something odd drew his attention. Not the large black pidgeot and the female owner that had taken up residence near by. it was... A Mew two. Or at least he thought it was. It held out beer to a grunt, or he thought it was a grunt.
He got up, still holding his cake and walked over to the pair. "Is that a Mewtwo?"

The dirty blond couldn't help but let out a laugh at that. reaching out to touch Kofuku's arm as she took the other Grunt's lead toward the video game corner "thats probably a good idea."

TRP glanced back at Seth and chuckled. In a crowded room full of people wanting to have fun she knew he wouldn't let her abandon him where some perky grunt might try to start up a conversation.
"Hmm.." She kicked off her boots as she approached the dance pad, "So you just follow the steps on the screen, right?"

Video games set up, sound system working, Pokemon accounted for. Hayes could worry about food now. As Switch righted himself and came around the side of the couch to give his trainer a look that said 'I blame you for that,' a Jirachi appeared and dropped on the blond agent's head with a cry of "Hayes!"
"Hey, careful," the agent laughed, tweaking one of Alphard's streamers. The little legendary rose up and floated around to face him, but not for long; too much was going on. Alphard turned slowly in the air, taking in the scenery.
"It's a party, Al," Hayes grinned, giving a wave to Akemi when he spotted the girl.
"Party?"
"Yeah. Want some cake?"
Now there was a word he knew. Alphard beamed. "Cake!"
"Pi." The electric mouse perked his ears, expression all interest as Hayes glanced once more at the machine and started to stroll toward the refreshment tables. Switch followed at his heels; sure, he could grab cake himself, but this was much easier. Alphard floated in Hayes' wake, occasionally swooping in a circle around him when the excitement became too much.
And then, another little voice. Alphard appeared before TRP as she and Seth approached the dance pads with a delighted "Hoshi!" He waved one little hand at his twin, 'sleeve' fluttering and excitedly explained, "Party!"
Hayes turned back. "Pretty much," he answered with a mild smile for the two elites. "Arrows set the song and difficulty - it's set to two-player mode."
Switch twitched his nose and continued cakeward.

Heal stuck his tongue out before teleporting off and back, this time holding a water bottle. He gave what could be called a sarcastic questioning look at his trainer, who gave a nod and roll of his eyes in response.
Ezekiel tilted his head when another Grunt approached him, he gave a little smile and nodded at the question before taking a sip from the beer.

Seth sighed as TRP got on the dance pads, completely ignoring Hayes as he acknowledged them. Although he did glance at the agent's Jirachi.
TRP's boots landed on his feet. "Yeah." Was his only response to her question. He was NOT getting on that thing. This made clear as he folded his arms yet again. This was one game he didn't care to play. It was far too awkward for him.
Although he was interested in seeing how well she would do.
Nikki and her Pidgeot continued to attempt their cryptic coloration with the wall and streamers. It seemed to be fairly effective. Brown eyes watching Hayes like a hawk as he made his way toward the table.

Ears perking, Gizmo instantly recognized the blond agent and the pikachu that followed him. A big grin came over Gizmo's face and he quickly darted off after his older friend, keeping light on his toes and dodging around other people's feet. Once he was close enough, he attempted to pounce on his friend, leaping up into the air.
The dash of yellow caught her eyes and Kofuku's attention turned from Hayes, who was now heading towards the cake table, to a certain electric mouse pokemon. "Aw crap, he got out of the closet..." She had locked Gizmo in there for a reason; she knew the little trouble maker he was, after all. "Faleen, got any ideas? His pokeball is up on the floor of my closet. Think we could tie him up with streamers?" She was already on the move after her escaped pokemon, hoping that the two Elites weren't going to notice the run away; it seemed that they were more focused on the dance game and each other.
