Rest assured, the two Mini-arcs that have been mentioned are currently titled as Accepted, just working a few other things out with other buisness.

~1~ All across the globe, large numbers of exceedingly powerful Arrancars and Hollows emerge. They seem to be based off the folklore of the area in which they emerged.
~2~ Basically, they are hollows and arrancars, depending on what the creator wants to be. And by creator I mean those who wish to create an Arrancar or Hollow based on the local folklore from where they are from, to participate in the mini-arc.
~3~ The protagonists are those who wish to take part in the mini-arc. Several hollows may appear in different locations at the same time, so those who wish to participate will have to choose which locale they will go to first.

~1~ This will happen after the aforementioned mini-arc. After all of the hollows are defeated, it is revealed that their defeat at the hands of the Shinigami was instrumental at reviving a dormant Arrancar, whose power level far exceeds that of a Vasto Lorde. The slain hollows had, within them, shard of his essences that made them exceedingly powerful, and gave them their unique abilities, when they were killed the essences found their way back to the dormant arrancar.
~2~ Tirano Rey, the dormant arrancar that ruled the land before the Gotei 13 started. He has an ability that can be related to a sort of "Gate of Babylon" in which he can use the resurreccion of any of the slain hollows that bore his essence.
~3~ The protagonists are all of the Shinigami RPCs in the guild.

Though it isn't much, I have an idea where there's some sort of disease that is slowly killing off the people of the Rukongai, and few Shinigami. Let's say a virus was unleashed which has been doing this, maybe an inside job, or maybe an infiltration in the Gotei 13. I think that would be quite interesting.
